So much joy, so much personality
I grew up on a farm surrounded by many animals, including cats and dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Have continued to take care of animals well into my adult years. Whether it’s overnight, drop offs, sick visits, medication given, play time, vet visits. I take a personal one on one approach to the care I provide, no exceptions. Communication is key and super important. Taking care of a persons fur babies is a serious and trust based business.

Jona took excellent care of my pup for just over a week. She sent updates with pictures several times a day. He had lots of walks, play and snuggle time.
Zoey always has a wonderful time with Jona! Jona always sends great pictures to us of our girl while we are away.
Eddie had a wonderful stay with Jona! She was very communicative, sent lots of picture and updates! Eddie had a great time playing with other pups at Jona's and going on many walks! I would definitely send Eddie back to Jona's in the future!
Jona was so sweet to my shy girl!! She made her feel right at home and took her for lots of walks and sent tons of updates!
Jona takes such good care of our dog. She takes the time with each dog to find out what they need and makes sure they are always comfortable and feel safe. Our dog loves to spend time with her!
Another wonderful stay with Jona! She always keeps us informed and sends many pictures throughout the day of our sweet dog. Puts my mind at ease while on vacation. Our dog always is well taken care of and enjoys his time with Jona!

Schedule
I prefer a customizable approach to the care of a client’s fur babies, whether it’s overnights, drop offs, medications, etc. Have found that hosting dogs with advanced aging, mobility, separation anxiety can be a challenge for pet owners. Feel that I can provide that extra care that allows clients a chance to take a breath and feel ok with the fur baby in my care.

We live in a townhome with fenced back yard. It is set up in a way that the doggies enjoy that bit of freedom and be in a larger space for their enjoyment . Would not leave a pet unattended there, but instead focus on the walking in our lovely community, getting lots of fresh air and sunshine. As a result of previous experiences, I do let the dogs on my bed where I have special covers, It seems to comfort them greatly. They are kept with me wherever I may be in the home at all times. That seems to put the pups at ease too. Relaxing music and low level television, similar to DogTV, so the doggies are comfortable — human sounds nearby at all times. Feeding, walks and meds would be tailored to your needs.

A typical day
I enjoy getting the dogs outside for fresh air, sunshine, stimulation with toys and walking, and bestowing loads of attention upon them so they feel special and cared for. Some dogs like a fast walk, some like a super slow one, and that is all ok too.
