So much joy, so much personality
I grew up on a farm surrounded by many animals, including cats and dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Have continued to take care of animals well into my adult years. Whether it’s overnight, drop offs, sick visits, medication given, play time, vet visits. I take a personal one on one approach to the care I provide, no exceptions. Communication is key and super important. Taking care of a persons fur babies is a serious and trust based business.

Jona takes such good care of our dog. She takes the time with each dog to find out what they need and makes sure they are always comfortable and feel safe. Our dog loves to spend time with her!
Another wonderful stay with Jona! She always keeps us informed and sends many pictures throughout the day of our sweet dog. Puts my mind at ease while on vacation. Our dog always is well taken care of and enjoys his time with Jona!
This was our dog's first stay with Jona, and a long one (three weeks). She was a great communicator, sending regular updates and photos about all activities, as well as quickly responding to our questions. Nike clearly had a great time and was returned in great shape (an odd thing to say, perhaps, but bad things can happen in this business). We will definitely use her in the future.
Jona took incredible care of our sweet Cooper while we were on vacation earlier this month. We greatly appreciated the thoroughness of her communication before and during Cooper's stay with her, and her thoughtful, calm approach. Cooper is a senior dog who requires multiple medications, and she handled this with ease. We will definitely be repeat customers.
Phoebe was very well taken care of and loved! Phoebe remembered Jona from last stay and was so happy to be back.
Always so thankful for Jona’s care and help! CoCo was so well taken care of, and Jona even gave her a bath. I know CoCo will already be looking forward to her next visit. Thank you again!

Schedule
I currently work part time, but would really like to reach more people that might like a customizable approach to the care of their fur babies, whether it’s overnights, drop offs, etc.

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a townhome with fenced back yard. I would not leave a pet unattended there, but instead focus on the walking in our lovely community, getting lots of fresh air and sunshine. As a result of previous experiences, I do let the dogs on my bed where I have special covers, It seems to comfort them greatly. They are kept with me wherever I may be in the home at all times. That seems to put the pups at ease too. Relaxing music and low level television on as well so there are comfortable human sounds nearby at all times. Feeding, walks and meds would be tailored to your needs.
Pets
A typical day
I enjoy getting the dogs outside for fresh air, sunshine, stimulation with toys and walking, and bestowing loads of attention upon them so they feel special and cared for. Some dogs like a fast walk, some like a super slow one, and that is all ok too.
