Sweta was at ease with my cats, very communicative, and the girls were relaxed and happy when I picked them up!

The short version of my review is that you should book Sweta right now for your dog sitting needs. If you’re anxious and searching for the right sitter, just stop reading and reach out to her. She does walks, she administers medication, she spoils your dog and she TAKES ONE DOG AT A TIME!!!! I have two dogs that, very unfortunately, fight. They got along fine for the first few years and then the fights came on all of a sudden after Covid. I do believe I have PTSD from being in the middle of several fights of my dogs, and several emergency vet trips and ER for me, so the sitter had to be someone that could help me get over my anxiety of leaving one of my dogs…. for 15 days. And we were going overseas so if there was a problem, there wasn’t much I could do about it because we’d be on a cruise ship with limited service. Long story short - trust Sweta and her husband because they are awesome. They love our Sunny Bunny like she was their own. Don’t hesitate… stop reading just book her now while you have the opportunity & her calendar is clear. If you want to read the full story, I’ll leave details below. Like I said above my dogs unfortunately fight. We have two dogs, one is a 12-year-old black German Shepherd and the other is a six-year-old very hyper but also can be chill, yellow lab. We were going on a long trip and my mom was coming to stay with my German Shepherd (she won’t eat unless it’s us or my mom with her), so we had to find somebody to sit Sunny. I had to find someone new as my regular Rover sitter had to go back to the office and could no longer take pups, so I searched and I found Sweta, I reached out, and I explained that I was looking for a sitter for 15 days, but it had to be only my dog that they were watching at the time. I had been misled by several OTHER people on Rover that would say they would take one dog at a time, but then you find out dogs are in crates or that one dog is in one room and another dog is in another room. And I knew that just wouldn’t work out, because my dog is dog aggressive. Sweta recommended a meet and greet. Everything was great. I’m assuming she felt my anxiety because she had a great suggestion and that was that we do a trial before I left for Europe and we had plenty of time before our trip so she watched her for a weekend and everything was perfect. Sunny seemed really happy when we picked her up. The extended 15 day stay went great as well. She would send pictures, and when I had reception, I would reply. She had to administer medication to Sunny twice a day, and she gave her her joint supplements and took her for multiple walks a day. At the end of my trip I was in the airplane and I realized that the pick up time was two, but we were delayed on our flight out of Rome and I forgot to reach out and ask for an extension. By the time I did, she already had someone else coming. While I worked the back channels to find a friend to pick up my dog, she had reached out to the other person and made arrangements for them to come the next day so that my dog could stay longer. But by then I had already found a friend that could come and get her. I’m sharing that because I want to highlight how she went out of her way to try to accommodate a very last-minute request. Additionally, even though I filled out all the information on Rover about the emergency vet & the emergency contact, she had additional questions about my dogs routine, for example; exactly what medication’s to give at what time, when to feed her, what scares her, what she likes, what are some sounds that might startle her etc. etc., way more in depth than any questions I’ve ever gotten from any other dog sitter. So all this to say, I was very anxious and Sweta and her husband took wonderful care of my baby. Highly recommend- no hesitations at all! Thank you!!
