“Andrew was amazing! He took great care of my Leo and made sure to provide me with daily updates about his stay. Andrew made sure to follow directions and provided great information and photos.”

“I couldn't recommend Gail more- she was absolutely amazing, and Bella (our pug) really seemed to enjoy her stay. Gail was very respectful of Bella's daily routine and sent us daily updates (which put our minds at ease during our trip). You can tell Gail loves dogs as she even makes her own dog biscuts -- so cool!! We hope to use Gail in the future and highly recommend her to others.”

“Zeta is our beloved 9yr old, 7lb havanese dog who never does well when we travel, until now. Sophie, her dog Love, and their family took wonderful care of zeta, sending us multiple photos a day. We are so happy to have found Sophie.”

“This was our first time ever using a sitter, and Carlos put us at ease right off the bat during the initial meeting. He was receptive to our concerns (our dog is 12), and let us know that our dog was in good hands. During our dog’s 4-day stay with Carlos, we got numerous updates during each day with pictures and summaries. Our dog looked so happy to be with Carlos and Sasha! Carlos was also willing to accommodate a late pickup on the final day due to flight issues, which we really appreciated. He even wrote us a very sweet and heartfelt message thanking us for entrusting our dog to his care. I can’t recommend Carlos enough, and we will definitely be back if we need a sitter in the future.”

“Jona is an absolute gem! I had to leave town last-minute for work, and she took in my pup with such kindness, patience, and care. She kept me updated regularly with photos, thoughtful messages, and insights about how he was doing, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She went above and beyond in every way. I was in a rush the day I dropped him off (and my little monster decided to snatch his leash right before we left), so I had to leave him without one. Jona didn’t miss a beat - she provided a sturdy leash and handled everything so calmly and generously. That kind of support meant a lot to me. She treated him like family; taking him on walks, helping reinforce his training, and making sure he stayed comfortable in the summer heat. You can tell she truly loves what she does. Her home is a safe, caring space, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. If you're looking for someone who will treat your fur baby with real love and attention, Jona is the one. I’ll definitely be reaching out to her again in the future!”

“Helena and Nathan were good communicators, sent photos and were flexible for Bruno's stay. They accepted our last minute request and also helped get his medication from the vet when we were out of town. Would recommend. Bruno seemed to have enjoyed his stay at the house with other dogs.”

“Michelle was great with our pup! She sent great pictures and kept us updated on how our girl was doing. She is a quick responder and great dog sitter. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Cheryl and Gustavo were great hosts/sitters for my boy Luke. They provided regular updates and I could tell when I picked up Luke he was a little sad to go. Thanks and I highly recommend if you need a sitter.”

“Carrie and Matthew both care so much about your pet - it shows the moment they open the door. After having them watch our dog a handful of times, it feels more like bringing our dog to friends to babysit than anything else. It makes it so much easier to leave knowing that she is in such loving hands.”

“Veronica is beyond amazing!!! If there was a way to select 10 stars instead of 5 for this review, I absolutely would. Not only was Veronica flexible, understanding and kindly accommodating with unanticipated scheduling hiccups needing adjustment for extended care, but Thea literally has been sad this last day or two since she clearly was having the time of her life in Veronica’s care. To not recommend Veronica with my eyes closed would be insanely amiss! Thank you so so so much, Veronica!!!”

“Donna provided very special care to Cocoa. She is a senior pup, and we are forever grateful that Donna provided updates as soon as anything of note happened. She was super responsive to all messages, and Cocoa was comfortable for the entire stay. We may not have Cocoa for much longer, and we are grateful that Donna was extra attentive to her needs and provided the best care possible. Many, many thanks.”

“Khristie was excellent with my dog Goose who is somewhat needy and shy. He was immediately comfortable around her and she took great care of him. He had a ton of quality cuddle and play time. Can’t thank you enough!”

“Kristi and Drew take such good care of our dog! They treat her like she’s one of the family, and I never have to worry about anything while we’re on vacation. I highly recommend them!”

“Stacy and her family were awesome! They took really good care of our fur babies. Communication was great, we received lots of pictures and updates while we were away. Jaxson and Kobe got all of the love, attention and belly rubs, they felt right at home.”
“This is the second time my Velcro dog has stayed with Christine ;) Christine is a great communicator and always keeps me up to date on my pet. I feel like I can relax and know my precious pooch is being taken care with Christine ❤️ when I'm out of town!”

“Aisha was very kind and patient with Monty. I loved all the pictures and updates i received during his stay. He got plenty of exercise and play time with Aisha and her son. She also responded promptly to messages which i appreciate. I highly recommend her services for your pet sitting needs. I will definitely be using her again.”

“Vincent was fantastic, as always! Our baby, Charlie, loves going to Uncle Vincent, especially since he spoils her with homemade meatballs and chicken treats! Would definitely recommend Vincent to anyone looking for a responsible, caring sitter.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - North Springfield
Kate took fantastic care of my border terrier, quickly getting him comfortable and settled, and she showed him lots of love throughout the week. She took him on regular walks and he even lost a little bit of weight (which he needed)! She sent us photos regularly, which we appreciated, and it was clear he was well cared for and felt at home! She was great and we’d board our dog with her again in a heartbeat!

We couldn’t have asked for better care for our Marley! Hyunbang, Austin, and Love were absolutely wonderful with her while we were away. The regular updates helped put our minds at ease, and the photo updates were so cute and fun, and we looked forward to them each day. It was clear Marley was having the best time playing and running around their backyard and then napping comfortably around the house. She came home happy, and we’re already looking forward to her next stay with them!

Paula is absolutely wonderful! This was the third time she has watched Samba, and once again, she was amazing. This time, she cared for Samba for 10 days, and we felt completely comfortable knowing she was in such good hands. She kept us updated and took such great care of Samba. We’re so grateful to have found someone we trust so much and would highly recommend Paula to anyone looking for an excellent dog sitter!
