Kattia and her family took an incredible great care of our dog Ariel. She reported daily Ariel's activities (eating and sleeping and play and walk times), but more importantly they shower our little girl with a lot of love. Ariel also didn't feel well one day and Kattia took excellent care of her following the vet recommdations, fully informed us and provided her with a lot of comfort. We definitely will book with Kattia next time we need care for our dog.
It was my first time using Rover, and Jaelyn was an amazing sitter! She would send me frequent updates with photos of my dog and made the experience so easy. She also had a dog similar to my dog and a backyard, so playtime seemed really fun. My dog was having a hard time adjusting and wasn't eating a lot, but Jaelyn was sure to update me frequently when he ate and made multiple attempts to make sure he was fed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested!
This was our third time booking with Connor and each time has overly exceeded our expectations!
