Katherine is extremely responsive and reliable. She also clearly loves animals and really hit things off with both my dog and my cat. She even took the dog on the extra-long walks he adores! Having Katherine take care of my animals makes me feel much more comfortable traveling!
We used David for the first time and he was great. He was very flexible with a meet and greet and planning around our travel for his stay.
