At the meet-and-greet, she was patient and understanding while we did exercises prescribed by our dog’s personal trainer to properly introduce him to guests in the house, as he is initially very fearful of new people. I could tell by the way Alexis spoke about her own pets and past client pets, that she is very patient and accommodating in order to cater to each individual pet. She followed our care guide to a tee and sent nice pictures and updates of our dog and 2 cats. We felt very comfortable that our pets were being well taken care of. A bonus was, she stayed to clean, running the dishwasher and taking out the trash before departing so we came home to a clean house. We are glad to have found Alexis and certainly will request her for future pet sitting needs.
Katherine took the very best care of my boy, Spanky. She knew I was really worried about my 17 year old kitty at home without me when I was on vacation. Livia was great with our dog while we were traveling . We are careful who we leave our baby with , and Livia went above and beyond ! Livia ended up having t take care of her while our pup was sick one night with a tummy upset and I was so worried , but turns out she was in very good hands ! Will happily have Livia watch our baby girl again any time !!
Nayeli was absolutely wonderful! Everything went great from start to finish. Her communication was excellent, and she consistently kept me informed about how the pups were doing, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. She was attentive to their routine, followed my instructions, and took great care of Ferrari and Aston. I especially appreciated that Nayeli was comfortable providing care in my home, which is very important to me. I prefer for Ferrari and Aston to remain in their own familiar environment and stick to their normal routine rather than being taken somewhere else, and Nayeli respected that completely. She was reliable, responsible, and very attentive to their needs. It was clear that she genuinely cared about the pups and wanted them to feel comfortable and happy. I came home to two happy, well-cared-for dogs and a home that was just as I left it. Nayeli, thank you again for taking such good care of my pups and giving me peace of mind while I was away. We had a wonderful experience with Vaneeza dog sitting with our Walnut! She cared for Wally over three days with three visits each day, and we couldn’t have been happier with the care provided. Alex is awesome! She took such good care of our Fernie and our home. We got detailed updates everyday with loads of photos. Fern seemed to be engaged and happy. We could tell that Fern was having a great time with Alex. Our home was tidy upon return too. We would have Alex stay with Fern any time!!!!!
