Livia did a fantastic job house-sitting and watching our puppy. She kept us updated with daily photos, and the house was spotless.

Livia was great!! She was able to come to our house for a meet and greet a few days before our last minute trip away on a holiday weekend. She was timely, flexible with our schedules, and comfortable with our four dogs and one cat. She gave us consistent updates and photos, which were super appreciated. We will definitely reach out to Livia again to pet sit our furballs. Thanks Livia!

Livia took great care of my cats and even got one of them to stick to scheduled meals instead of hassling me for free feeding. They took to her really fast too! They usually have anxiety issues so that was a relief.

Livia Santos took care of our cats for a few weeks this past January, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment she walked in, it was clear she genuinely loves animals — both of our cats warmed up to her almost immediately, which says a lot if you know cats. She was communicative without being overwhelming, sending just the right number of photo updates to put our minds at ease while we were away. She followed feeding instructions to the letter, kept the litter spotless, and even noticed a small change in one of our cats' behavior that turned out to be worth flagging. That kind of attentiveness is rare. We came home to two happy, well-adjusted cats and a home that looked exactly as we'd left it. Livia is reliable, kind, and clearly experienced. She'll be our first call every time we travel from now on.

Livia watched my 2 cats while I was on vacation. Upon meeting Liv, I could tell she was a total cat person. My cats LOVED her from the moment they met her and I felt very confident leaving them in her capable hands. She sent me pics every day of their happy little selves, and when I returned home, they did not seem at all upset that I had been gone! What?? They were happy campers! Highly recommend Liv!
