All dogs and cats are welcome to my care! I always love meeting new dogs and cats of every breed and can accommodate almost any of their needs as long as instructions are provided.
A typical day
I'll take dogs on walks around the neighborhood, to local parks, and around the town. We can go for a run together or just a leisurely stroll, and if they like toys or tennis balls, I always love a pit stop in the park to run around (on leash) and have fun. Mental enrichment activities are one of my favorite ways to entertain dogs and cats, and I have a collection of treat puzzles and snuffle mats to keep everyone busy!

Pet care experience
I grew up on a small horse farm with lots of animals! My dad is a veterinarian and growing up, I often shadowed him as he worked on his patients. Because of this, I have experience caring for many animals of different breeds, sizes, ages, needs and temperaments. I have also cared for animals that have been rescued from abusive homes and have needed extra love and attention, including my dog, Sadie, who after 16 years together, crossed the rainbow bridge this past December. Because of her, I also fully understand the level of care senior pals need, and how important they are as members of your family. I am available to house-sit or board any day of the week, and can do drop-ins or walks at almost anytime on both weekdays and weekends where I have availability. I absolutely love all animals and would love the opportunity to meet yours!

As usual, Jena was amazing. She has stayed at our place twice now with Gus and he’s always very happy and relaxed when we return home, as if we hadn’t left at all. Our place looks great and we trust Jena to be in our home and take care of Gus. We hope to have her back again in the future!
Jena was wonderful with our two pups. Our younger one was a little under the weather and Jena had to run to the vet and handle medication and a food change Thank you Jena
Jena was an amazing sitter for our senior dog Gus. Gus has a few new challenges in his later years and Jena handled it all like a pro. She was flexible with his early morning wake ups, made sure he always got his meds on time and gave him the right amount of walks and attention to match his slower pace. She checked in with me the perfect amount throughout her stay, providing updates and pictures. We felt very comfortable having Jena in our home. She took great care of the space and left it cleaner than before. As Gus gets older, it gets harder and harder each time we need to leave him. With Jena we felt so good knowing he was in the best hands. We will absolutely reach out to Jena again for our future trips.
Jena was wonderful taking care of my dog, Callie, while I was gone for a long weekend. She was attentive, reliable, and made sure Callie was well cared for the entire time I was away. I felt completely at ease knowing Callie was in such good hands and would absolutely book with her again.
