About: Hi, my name is Diana, I’m a mom to 3 wonderful humans and two sweet dogs. I have always had a dog at home and couldn’t imagine life without them. Dogs are more than pets, they’re family. I’m also happy to help administer medicine to your pets as I’m experienced in this field. My older dog Lilly has been taking medication for over 5 years. My experience includes taking care of my dogs for over 20 years and helping friends at different bases care for their pets while traveling. Jing is a fantastic sitter. She asked lots of questions before getting started and took good care of my kitties while I was away for a long weekend. She is thoughtful and thorough and my babies loved her. Jing spent time playing with them after feeding and troubleshooted a litter robot malfunction (ugh!) and created a makeshift litter box that my kitties were able to use until I got home. That was above and beyond what I could have requested help with. This is the first time I've used Rover and I'll use this service again and hopefully Jing will be available.
Rachel was the best! She is competent and communicative. It was easy to go out of town because she loved on my dog and sent wonderful photos and fun stories about their adventures! Both my boys are older (13 and almost 15) and one has 3 legs. She was great at keeping my reactive big dog calm and he loved all her cuddles and treats and trips outside! She comforted my small tripod through the thunderstorm and he greatly appreciated her lifting him up onto the couch for snuggles and her carrying him home when he got tired after she let him explore and sniff out all his fave places. Jiamin was amazing!! She was super helpful, I had notes on what had to be done, and she went above and beyond to care for my two cats. It was clear she cared for them and loved them too. And she kept us updated with all the details and pics/vireos, really made our time away much more enjoyable knowing my cats were in good hands 🥰
Michelle is absolutely fantastic and took such good care of our boy! She made sure to give him a lot of attention, playtime, and pets. We just moved and our dog is still adjusting, she was very attentive to this fact and definitely helped him have an easy day. Her narratives are so great and really paint the picture of her time with our boy. We would highly recommend Michelle!
Rydia watched our older cat Dave for a week while we were out of town. We don't leave her very often because she's older and so it was very nice to have her come in take pictures of him and keep us updated as to how Dave is doing and it just gave us peace of mind that we knew our cat was being well taken care of while we were gone

Rachel has been great with our adult dog and our very young puppy! We needed someone to come and check in on the puppy while we're at work, feed him, and take him out.
