They popped in for 4 hour-long visits each day, doing two long walks and making sure he was fed, put to sleep, and played with each time. About: I have taken care of animals for most of my life in a way that makes the animal and owner comfortable, happy, and meets their needs. I have another job that I work for and my hours vary but I am still able to see the animal(s) at many times if needed. I have more availability during the summer time. I go to Nova Community College full time and work part time as an RBT (registered behavior technician) with autistic children. I own 3 dogs of my own at the current moment, so taking care of them is part of my daily routine. Anything I can do. I have a fenced in backyard at my home and i let my dogs walk freely. Jing is a fantastic sitter. She asked lots of questions before getting started and took good care of my kitties while I was away for a long weekend. She is thoughtful and thorough and my babies loved her. Jing spent time playing with them after feeding and troubleshooted a litter robot malfunction (ugh!) and created a makeshift litter box that my kitties were able to use until I got home. That was above and beyond what I could have requested help with. This is the first time I've used Rover and I'll use this service again and hopefully Jing will be available.

Rachel has been great with our adult dog and our very young puppy! We needed someone to come and check in on the puppy while we're at work, feed him, and take him out. She gives a comprehensive update everyday and has taken some very cute pictures of the dogs, including our older girl who refuses to look at a camera. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
