Jiamin did an excellent job checking in on, playing with, and feeding our two cats while we were away for a few days! She followed instructions perfectly and made sure our cats actually ate (one gets distracted very easily) and gave them lots of love and play time. She gave detailed updates and sent lots of photos and pics which we appreciated and enjoyed. We will definitely use Jiamin again!
Diligent about checking on my cat and doing everything on my list, as well as dealing with my fuzzy little lunatic knocking over his auto feeder. Sent lots of pictures every day. Would highly recommend.
Jiamin was very professional and cheerful. She had a varying schedule and never missed a day. When I needed to cancel a day she added another day to my schedule. She was able to give cats medication and feed them separately. She even gave treats to Milo when he was under the bed. She went above and beyond to make sure my cats were safe and happy.
I now consider myself a regular client and I could not be happier! Jiamin is extremely reliable and treats both your pets and your home as she would her own.
