About: I have always grown up with animals, and right now, I have 2 cats and a dog! My dog is a Rhodesian Ridgeback and very energetic, so I am quite comfortable with high energy dogs. I have also been pet sitting since high school for various neighbors, friends, coworkers, etc, and I absolutely love to do it! I am a PhD student at George Mason so my schedule changes from day to day. That being said, I will do my absolute best to make whatever schedule you request work, so please reach out to see if I’m available! I have always grown up with animals, and right now I have two cats and one large dog, so I have plenty of experience with caring for animals. My dog is 5 years old anad still incredibly energetic, so I am very comfortable with caring for excited dogs! I also love cats, they are my favorite animal, so I will be happy to spend time with them.

Izzy took great care of my cat Amara for one full month while I was away. He's clearly a genuine cat lover — he even hoped she'd end up sleeping on his bed, and she eventually did, which says a lot about how comfortable she was with him. Communication was good: he sent regular photo updates throughout the stay, which gave me real peace of mind. He was also attentive to her wellbeing — he noticed and flagged it when she wasn't eating or drinking as much as usual, which I really appreciated. Kaiya was amazing with my 2 dogs. She stayed in our home and made sure they felt comfortable with her and gave them an endless supply of belly rubs, pats, and attention which I know they loved. We would definitely have her and Charles take care of our pups again.
We had to leave down for a death in the family and Christina came to our rescue. Our dog is a recent adoptee and a shelter surrender with a lot of anxieties, who can be VERY reactive to new people. Christina was perfect with him and he took to her right away. Highly recommend.
Trisha took care of our 3 pups while we were away and did a great job! They got playtime and/or walks everyday. She was able to walk our big guy @120lbs and knew when it was too hot for our Frenchies to go out on a walk. She seemed to have no problem juggling the different needs of the pups. I got daily reports with pictures which gave me a lot of assurance I was leaving my dogs in good hands!
