Availability
Having now settled in after our recent move to the area, both Grant and Rei have a very open schedule to take care of your pet, and can respond to requests on short notice. Grant is preparing for Marine Corps Officer Candidate School at home, and is usually working out or taking care of household responsibilities, and Rei is a tech worker who works from home. Grant can be summoned to help on short notice anytime, and Rei is always the anchor at home.

Your pet's safety and comfort are our top priorities. We live in a quiet one-bedroom apartment in northern Woodbridge with no other pets, allowing us to provide a calm, low-stress environment and individualized attention. We keep doors securely closed, walk dogs on leash at all times, provide fresh water throughout the day, and carefully follow each pet's feeding schedule and any special care instructions. We also pay close attention to each pet's behavior and well-being so we can quickly recognize signs of stress or discomfort and help them feel safe and comfortable. We can also monitor and care for pets experiencing digestive issues. For active dogs, we have easy access to a private dog run and park within our community for exercise and playtime. We also provide regular photo updates so you can feel confident that your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for while you're away.

Just Us Your Pet and Plenty of Care
Pet care experience
Grant learned to be a responsible, sweet pet owner when he was a kid, with often up to five dogs and cats in the household at one time. Throughout his life, he's taken care of puggles, chihuahahs, dobermans, rottweilers, mastiffs, basset hounds, and more. He's also taken care of many cats, both indoors and outdoors. Grant is very physically active and preparing for Marine Corps Officer Candidate School in Quantico, and is more than happy to walk or even run with your dog at whatever time works best for you and your pet's needs. Rei has been caring for cats for more than three years and is a volunteer at the Prince William County Animal Services Center, where she works in Kitty City sometimes. She has a fully remote tech job, which allows her to spend plenty of time caring for pets, keeping them company, and taking them on walks throughout the day. Together, we love spending time with animals and giving them plenty of attention. We only care for one client's pets at a time, and one of us is almost always home, so your pet will never be left wondering where everyone went. Since we don't currently have any pets or children of our own, we can focus all our love and attention on your fur baby. Whether it's walks, playtime, cuddles, or a trip to the park, we're happy to tailor our care to your pet's needs.

Grant and Yunrui took great care of Mojo! We appreciated the daily updates and photos. We could tell they gave him lots of attention and gave us peace of mind on our trip. They also left the house very tidy for our return.
Grant and Yunrui has looked after Coco many times. and they've always taken good care of her, especially Yunrui. and Coco loved them. But this time they missed giving Coco two meals. I know because, I always portion out Cocos each meal, so that there is no confusion. When I reached home, there were two portions left. I checked my outdoor camera log, and saw that Grant had left at 5 and came back only at 11:30 one of the days . That means Coco not only missed her meal, she missed her potty break, and her walk that day. I had specifically written on the instructions not to leave her for more than 4 hours. Anyway, apart from that day, they were fine. They took her for walks and park too. But unfortunately, missing a meal is a deal breaker for me.
Grant and Rei took great care of our dachshund while we were gone for 19 nights. They followed instructions and kept us informed with pictures and videos. Our dog always looked happy and came home healthy. We will certainly be using them again!
Grant and Yunrui took excellent care of Sarge! He's a good boy but he's a dog reactive so I always look for people that can handle that and they did a great job with him. It was also important that there was someone there with him during most of the day because that's what he's used to and he gets anxious by himself. Sarge truly had a great time with them and it was a vacation for him too!
