I recently booked Juan to stay at my place while traveling and he did a great job. He provided me with daily updates about the walks, potty times, and feeding (since my dog is a little picky eater). Katherine took care of our dog in our home while we were away - if she had not been available we wouldn't have booked the tickets. The steady stream of communication, pictures and reassurances (our dog is not the easiest to care for) were amazing. We came home to a healthy and happy dog - who didn't seem to have overly missed us if I'm honest - and tidy home - with flowers on the table to welcome us back. We couldn't be happier with - well - literally everything about how she looked after our dog.
Han was, as usual, great with Baxter. She was even able to stay an extra night at the last minute when our return flight was cancelled which was an enormous relief to us at a very stressful time! She always communicates and sends pictures and Baxter seems relaxed when she’s here. Highly recommend.
Morgan was exactly the sitter our pups needed! We were able to go on our trip without any worries at all. Her updates were regular and showed what a great time they were having. Joanna stepped in to take over for another Dogsitter saving my vacation. The transition was seamless. Although I didn’t get the chance to meet Joanna before the sitting, I spoke to her in the phone for at least half an hour and felt very comfortable with her. She took excellent care of my Ozzie, and he even tried to run after her taxi as she rode away. To top it off Joanna washed her sheets and towels before departing. She is a gem whom I would definitely rebook!
We have worked with Raven multiple times in the past for dog walking, and this was the first time we had her stay overnight for house sitting / dog sitting. Annie was amazing!!! She really went above and beyond for our pets and our house while we were away. We got lots of updates and cute photos, she alerted us right away when she noticed one cat didn't want her dinner just to check if that was okay/normal, and even taught our corgi a new trick! All three pets seemed very happy and comfortable when we got home. We will definitely book Annie in the future when we need some pet help!
