Michael was the most incredible sitter. We can’t say enough how helpful, communicative, caring and thoughtful he was in his stay with our two pitties. We were gone for nearly two weeks and Anne had a bad rash appear when we were just losing cell connectivity for several days. Michael took her to our vet, helped us figure out how to cover the bill from across an ocean, kept us updated on her status and even gave her medicated baths to make sure she felt better. I am grateful that he was paying close enough attention to notice that she was unwell in the first place. On top of all of that, Michael shared copious photos and videos of two very happy dogs, sent us messages letting us know how they were doing, administered medication like a pro and left our house better than he found it. We will absolutely book Michael again next time we are out of town if he is available.

Alice was absolutely fantastic, and we would not hesitate to use her again in the future. We were a bit nervous using a new sitter for the first time while leaving on an international trip, especially because one of our dogs is very high energy. Alice exceeded our expectations in every way and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. During our trip, one of our dogs developed an upset stomach, and Alice was exceptional at communicating with us throughout the entire situation. She kept us updated regularly, handled everything calmly and thoughtfully, and made sure our dog was well cared for. Nadia is the best - she’s so good with our cat and dog, they absolutely love her and are more affectionate with her than most people we know! As usual, Madi was the absolute most caring, trustworthy, communicative, timely dog sitter. We had an all evening engagement, and it feels so nice leaving our pup with someone we so totally trust for such a long time. She sent great pictures, made sure he got plenty of exercise, and gave him lots of attention. Strudel is always excited to see Madi and we understand why. We have now booked Madi several times, and will continue to do so. So if you need a repeatable, dependable dog sitter , you should look no further!
Han was, as usual, great with Baxter. She was even able to stay an extra night at the last minute when our return flight was cancelled which was an enormous relief to us at a very stressful time! She always communicates and sends pictures and Baxter seems relaxed when she’s here. Highly recommend.
