Lifelong Dog Lover with Experience
I’ve had dogs my entire life and grew up in a household where caring for them was a daily responsibility. At one point, my family had three dogs at once, giving me experience managing multiple dogs with different personalities and needs. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I’ve dog-sat for my brother’s dogs, my cousin’s two dogs, a friend’s mom’s dog, and several others. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, many different breeds, and all life stages (puppies to seniors). I’ve watched German Shepherds, Italian Greyhounds, Greyhounds, and many mixed breeds! I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and providing attentive care to make sure each dog feels safe, comfortable, and well-loved while their owner is away. I take pride in being reliable and patient with them and showing them a fun time! I can help with minor medical needs of pets and I’m reliable and responsible with communication about the wellbeing of a pet. I do work from home, so I can be with your pet most of the day or the entire day, depending on your dogs needs!

I have a fenced in backyard where I live with a couple of floors and plenty of space for pets to chill. For clients homes, I do as asked with respect to the animals and their homes. I’m there to help the way the client needs. I feed and walk them according to instructions / schedules, and I’ll play with them if allowed.

Katie took wonderful care of Henry while we were away at the beach! Henry has anxiety with new people and Katie was willing to come meet and spend time with him twice before our trip, to make she he was comfortable with her. She was communicative, thoughtful, and gave us so much peace of mind while we were gone. We loved getting updates and could tell Henry was comfortable and well cared for the entire time. She was reliable, attentive, and treated him like she was her own. We came home to a happy, relaxed pup, which says everything. We’d absolutely book with Katie again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to watch their dog!

Katy was such a blessing! She cared for my older pups as if they were hers, administering meds and eye drops as required. Always a professional, she kept me informed throughout her stay. Highly recommend this sitter! Sincerely hope to reschedule her in the future.
Katie was awesome! Our 2 dogs and home were well taken care of during our week long vacation! She was very communicative and sent photos often. We arrived home to happy dogs and a clean house! We were very satisfied with Katie's services and no doubt will use here again! What a peace of mind to know our fur babies were well loved while we were away!
Katie took very good care of our pup. Roxy is a big girl and Katie walked right in and handled Roxy like they’d known each other for years. She was very communicative with us during the whole week that we were gone. Roxy was very calm and relaxed when we returned, so we know that she was very well cared for. We are happy to highly recommend Katie for perspective clients.
Kathleen was absolutely amazing with our pup! She made sure to give me updates daily and made sure our pup was well taken care of! Can’t wait to book with her again in the future! 😁

Schedule
I work full time from home, and I have a reliable car to get around. I start work early and get off early with some Fridays off! I’m open to weekends being more flexible. Depending on the dog(s), I could host them at my house, or just drop by to help out!
