I'm happy to take dogs out on a walk around the area. If you're working on training I'm happy to reinforce good behavior on walks. I have no problem sitting and hanging out with dogs or cats in your home as wished. I also have a strong and reactive dog and work with shelter dogs of all shapes and sizes, so I'm comfortable when any size and most temperaments. I have to give my dog pills every day for her allergies, so I am comfortable with that as well.

I would like to know more about your dog's personality. At the shelter my go to pup is usually big and strong and high energy as they remind me of my dog, and often don't get as much attention. While I have a lot of experience working with reactive dogs, I would like to know how they react and what you do to manage it. If you have specific places you'd like me to walk your dog or specific phrases you use with them, please let me know! I'm happy to accommodate all kinds of needs.

I enjoy going on walks with dogs and exploring the area. I'm used to keeping my distance when passing other dogs or people as my dog is leash reactive, so I try to give everyone some space. I enjoy playing fetch with dogs, and have been trained on teaching basic commands with dogs. With cats, I got their speed and love to pet and snuggles them if they want me to, but will also just hang out at a distance if preferred.

Ervaring met huisdierenverzorging
I've had dogs my whole life. In addition to working with my fearful and reactive dog Willow, I also volunteer at the AWLA walking dogs. I do a lot of cat sitting on Rover to get my cat fix as I'm unfortunately allergic but check ins are perfecr. I am trained to work with fearful and reactive dogs at the shelter. I love all animals and am happy to come check on and hang out with dogs, cats, or other animals as well. I also foster guinea pigs and rabbits for the shelter, and am comfortable working with small animals of all kinds including giving oral syringes.
