About: I’ve been watching animals (mostly cats and dogs) for about 10 years now, anywhere from pet sitting at homes to going over and dog walking. Now, im currently a full time vet assistant and looking to walk dogs (and cat sit!) on the side again! I currently work full time overnights (3 twelve hour shifts) at an emergency veterinary hospital over the weekends. So while you're at work during the week, I am free to watch your fur babies! “Steve met my reactive Malinois X Shepard this weekend for a meet and greet. Knowing my dog Echo has stranger danger I informed Steve up front of this fact, and he asked questions and gave suggestions prior to our first meeting. We met while I was out walking Echo, and then starting talking to Steve with Echo by my side. Eventually Echo wanted to walk up to Steve and sniff, which was great since my dog has about 8 humans in her circle of friends. I had brought Echo’s favorite treats with me, and handed off to Steve. To make a long story short my reactive dog was in the end eating out of his hand, letting him pet her while he was sitting on the ground at her level, and walking with him handling the leash . All in one session. Steve really showed his knowledge of dog body language, and he was able to comfortably handle my whacky dog in one session. I’ll be booking Steve again as we attempt to get him on property and in the home of my “guard “dog with everyone safe and happy. Thank you so much Steve!”

Rachel was the best! She is competent and communicative. It was easy to go out of town because she loved on my dog and sent wonderful photos and fun stories about their adventures! Both my boys are older (13 and almost 15) and one has 3 legs. She was great at keeping my reactive big dog calm and he loved all her cuddles and treats and trips outside! She comforted my small tripod through the thunderstorm and he greatly appreciated her lifting him up onto the couch for snuggles and her carrying him home when he got tired after she let him explore and sniff out all his fave places. Thanks and the boys say woof!

Tldr: Very caring and very attentive to our pup's care She was incredibly attentive to our needs and sent detailed updates throughout every visit, so we always knew exactly how our pup was doing. She went above and beyond, even wiping leftover poop off our pup's butt without hesitation, which really showed how much she genuinely cares.
