She came over to do a meet and greet with Frank prior to sitting for him and he immediately took to her and continued to be comfortable with her during the entire time she checked in on him. She asked the most thorough questions about his litter routine, food intake, etc., which showed how invested she is in caring for animals and how seriously she takes her job. About: I have currently have 2 dogs which I adore so much! I love playing with dogs and love spending time with then and other dogs in my neighborhood on my free time. I will ensure your dog feels at home and will take care of them as if they were my own. I currently work from home full time along with my fiancé. I wake up early to walk my dogs in the Morning before all my work calls and will take them out again usually at noon after my last call. I also have a third person (my mom who’s retired) that is free all day that watches the dogs when I’m in my office. The dogs usually are free to roam around the house and there’s usually a person on all 3 floors. I have a fenced back yard that the dogs can play if they like. I also have a large crate in my basement as well. There are at least 2 people at home most of the day that will watch the dogs play. I am very attentive when I dog watch and will play with the dogs and/or walk them on my free time.

“Christy is everything you would want your Rover host to be. Logistically she checked all the boxes living not too far from major highway I took to my office. Easy to drop off/pick up and get back on the highway again. She responded quickly when I made an inquiry about a weekly daycare hosting for my shy miniature poodle. She demonstrated kindness and patience when our Meet and Greet began later than scheduled. During his stay, Christy texted pictures of Blinky going on a long walk or playing in the backyard. Lovely family took very good care of him. On the second day, I dropped Blinky off, he rushed through the front door without looking back. To me that said a lot because Blinky was not a social butterfly by any stretch of imagination. I can whole heartily give Christy five stars, just for that alone!”

They were very responsive from the beginning of the Rover process, and they continued throughout the four days I used their services. Rebeca greeted us every morning and afternoon with a smile. After the first day, Maple could not wait to get to Rebeca, literally jumping from my arms to her arms when we arrived at Rebeca/Roman’s home. I received a daily picture and even a video of Maple during the day. I had no concerns during the four days of daycare because of the pleasant attitude, daily photos, and Maple’s behavior before and after her time with Rebeca and Roman. Overall, a great experience. Originally scheduled for the evening, stormy weather precipitated a change in time and location and the ceremony was rescheduled for much earlier in the day. Luckily, Helena & Nathan were incredibly flexible in allowing me to drop off Jackson much earlier than I expected. Jackson absolutely loved their fenced backyard - and Helena & Nathan captured multiple photos and even a little video of Jackson enjoying the outdoors. He really seemed to enjoy his time with them both. I will look forward to working with them again!”
“My husband and I were in DC for the weekend and had to check out of our hotel at 11am but wanted to still explore the city a bit before heading home. We needed somewhere for our dog iris to spend the day. We dropped her off at Prisila’s house while we went into DC. Prisila was very responsive and was flexible with drop off and pick times. The whole process was easy and convenient! If we come back to the city we would definitely let iris go over there again.”
About: I had two dogs growing up (Snowball and Mocha) and in recent years, have dog sat for friends, friends, and for Rover clients. It's rewarding and super fun for me! I enjoy the long walks in my neighborhood (I live in an awesome neighborhood for that) and lots of cuddles/belly rubs with the dogs I am sitting! I work from home most of the week and have plenty of time during the day for neighborhood strolls/walks with my rover pups. I love going for walks to take a break so would take the dog out at least 3 or 4 times a day with me. My husband and I live in a 2 bedroom/2 floor condo with a balcony. The dog would have access to the first floor. We have hard wood floors, a ton of really great light and are on the 3rd floor. There are no elevators in this building. We have a ton of neighbors who have dogs, an elementary school near by with a nice track/green space, and lots of side walk space for walks.
