While you're away, I'll keep your pet's routine consistent and ensure they feel safe and comfortable. I keep my calendar updated to reflect my in-office days. I'm typically available on weekends and weekday daytime hours. If you're facing a long workday, a busy weekend, or are concerned about leaving your pet alone for extended periods, I'm happy to help with check-ins and care as needed. I work from home most of the time, which means I have wonderful flexibility to spend quality time with your pup! I'm especially available for late morning and midday visits, so your dog will never have to wait too long between potty breaks, meals, or playtime. I am usually in the office on Wednesdays but I aim to keep my calendar as updated as possible. Safety is always my top priority. I'm naturally cautious and attentive, always thinking ahead to prevent any potential issues before they happen. I've received training in dog body language, so I can usually quickly pick up on when a pup needs space, comfort, or extra playtime. My own reactive, special needs dog has been an incredible teacher. I've learned to be especially mindful during walks and around other people or dogs. I also know that dogs pick up on our energy, so I aim to stay calm and composed in every situation to help your pup feel secure and relaxed.

About: Hi everyone! I'm Charlotte and I'm a college student majoring in Wildlife Conservation. I've always loved all kinds of animals, and I have two cats at home! I have sitting experience with cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, rabbits, fish, and geckos. I’m a very active person and would love to play with dogs or take them on long walks. I also really enjoy a nice long cuddle session! I have so much love for animals and I love taking care of them. Please reach out if you think I'm a good fit for your pet! I will be able to fit pet care in very well. My other job is babysitting for two kids, and that has very flexible timing and I can always take them with me if needed. I can drive so I will be able to stop by houses easily! I can take dogs into my backyard where they can run around, but they won't be able to go in my house because I have my own pets. Likewise, I cannot bring cats into my own home because my cats do not get along with others. But I am more than willing to visit my client's home and stay overnight if necessary!

My dog passed some time ago so I do not have any pets at the moment. I have a 3 level townhome, dogs are free to roam the house or can be sectioned off for puppies. About: I have nearly 2 years of experience as a kennel assistant at a Hayfield Animal Hospital caring for dogs, cats, and exotics of all sizes and personalities. I also was a part of the Edison Academy veterinary science class where we provided grooming services to clients. I’ve taken care of my own dog for 8 years and have pet sat for family and friends.
