We brought Jasper home on a weekend and had not yet set up services with a regular dog, so it was a bit of an emergency and Marina was very understanding and warm with him! To start, she’s super communicative and reliable, which makes it really easy to plan and coordinate walks and dogcare with her. She was also great about learning what behaviors we try to reinforce, Maya’s habits and routines and what Maya eats, which gives me the warm and fuzzies that as a parent, aunt Isabelle is staying consistent with dad’s rules. Isabelle is so great with dogs and has good judgment generally; seeing how she interacts with Maya and hearing her describe how Maya did on a given walk, I trust her implicitly. Lately she’s been really helpful in figuring out fun new walking routes or destinations that cater to Maya’s interests and mood and energy level. Yep Isabelle is a wonderful dog “auntie” and just a delightful human being. I don’t know what her advertised rates are on here, but you should pay them and then some. Isabelle, get after it girl. Charge people what you’re worth! ?”

“I was impressed with Daniel right from the start! He is a very humble, respectful, responsible, kind young man who loves animals. My dog Sophie immediately took to him and she would have great walks with him. I asked a lot from Daniel when I went on holiday…and he delivered! He came to my home for 10 days to not only walk my dog but also feed her…give her medicine, and as a bonus, he played with her. Socializing w Sophie went a long way because she was alone most of the time. He would always be on time and, when another dog walker canceled, he quickly covered that shift. No questions or higher charge. He sent a lot of photos too. Since I’ve been back from my holiday, I’ve been in poor health. I texted Daniel and he is now my dog walker on days when I’m unable to take Sophie out myself. Again, punctual & always thinking about what’s best for my dog…. For example, He remembers to dry Sophie’s paws when they arrive from a walk in the snow or rain. I highly recommend Daniel as your dog walker or sitter.”

Grace then walked him as much as he wanted to, brought him in out of the heat, made sure he got water and a milk bone, and finally hung out with him for a little while to make sure he was all set. About: Lifelong dog lover here! I grew up with a big English yellow Lab and have been pet-sitting ever since. I also became a late-life cat lover after unexpectedly adopting a cat in college so I’m happy caring for both pups and kitties. Spending time with animals is one of my favorite things, and I’ll always make sure they get their treats, walks, and plenty of pets. I work from home, which means if I’m hosting your fur buddy at my place, I can provide multiple walks throughout the day. If you prefer in-home care, I’m also happy to stop by your place for midday weekday visits. I’m weekend availability is also flexible for in-home care or hosting! I don’t currently have pets of my own, so your dog/cat will have my full attention. I live in a house with a yard and nearby walking trails, providing a safe and comfortable environment. I’m happy to follow your routines, whether that means crate time or letting your pup/cat relax with me throughout the day.
