About: Even though this is my first time using this site; I am ready to accept this new challenge. A little about myself is, I love animals! I work a nurse schedule so I have the freedom of being able to share my free time spending them with your lovely furr friends. I am a cat person as well as a dog person. I am very patient and caring to all. I have great time management skills so I can efficiently get everything any dog owner needs me to do at a reasonable time frame. I will treat each and every dog with lots of love and attention as if they were my own !! I am very social so I will definitely love to play endlessly with any dog I take care of. I am very excited and eager to start this new adventure in my life ! I am currently working three times a week. This gives me the liberty to provide any dog or cat services on my days off !! Alejandra grew up surrounded by family and friends’ dogs and has always been the go-to sitter for our circle—feeding, walking, and looking after their pups whenever they’re away. We’re lucky to have several dog parks nearby, so your pup will have plenty of space to walk, play, and socialize safely. Whether your dog needs a calm environment with structure or an active day full of playtime, we adapt to their personality and routine. We always follow your care instructions carefully and make sure your pet feels secure, loved, and happy. When your dog stays with us, you can count on regular updates, photos, and peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands—safe, comfortable, and treated like our own. We currently accept dogs from Thursday through Monday. Jorge works from home on Fridays and has a flexible schedule on Mondays, so your pup will always have company and attention throughout their stay. We make sure they’re never left alone for long — walks, playtime, and cuddles are part of our daily rhythm. When your dog is with us, they’re part of our routine and our home life. We only host small dogs and up to two at a time, so every pup gets our full attention. Our cozy studio means they’re never left alone and always close by. We separate our sleeping area for rest time, but your dog will always feel safe and near us. We’re surrounded by three dog parks, including one right in our complex—perfect for daily walks, play, and fresh air. With us, your pup enjoys constant care, comfort, and companionship. We’re happy to offer bathing for a small fee to keep your pup clean and comfy.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was in high school. I myself owned a dog for 11 years. Family friends and neighbors have always reached out to me about watching or walking their furry friend :) Currently, I am available weekdays from 10am to 6pm. I will be home during the day if your pet needs day walks or potty breaks. I currently can’t have your pet at my home, but I am respectful of people’s home and follow safety guidelines from owner. I double to check to lock doors before leaving homes either for a walk or just checking in on your pet.

About: I have owned big ,small and any where in between kind dogs all my life. I Have never went longer then a few months at a time with out having some type of fur baby in my life, whether it be my personal, family or friends pet that I immediately adopted as my own. I currently own two medium sized beagles who love everyone, big and small dogs alike and they love to play as they are still young and ready to destroy any toy they get a hold of. I have watched cats, dogs, and small animals be it reptiles or small fluffy animals and I cant forget to mention birds. My favorite of course is Dogs and I would love the opportunity to watch your dog and have them play with my pups so they all can have fun and tire each other out. My beagle boys love to go on walks and play tug- a -war. I work split shifts during the day so my personal dogs and the dogs I care for have me for mid day walks and check ins and are let out every 4-6 hours during the work week, I strive to keep a safe environment that the dog feels welcomed and cared for. I keep the house the way I left it or in better shape and make sure things are locked up and secured when I depart. I make a point to keep in touch with my clients, send photos and truly enjoy my time with your pet.

About: I have owned dogs pretty much my whole life with just a gap right now as I don't have the space to responsibly have such a family member. I do know how to take care of a variety of things when it comes to animals as I used to volunteer in a shelter a few years ago. I've also cared for a variety of pets and am comfortable doing so with familiarity. For my previous experience, I have mainly worked retail for the past 5+ years while mixing in some volunteer work at the aforementioned shelter and a public library. I just recently moved to Charlottesville last August so I am still exploring the town. One thing I don't particularly care for with apartment living is that there isn't enough space to have a canine companion, hence why I am looking on here to hopefully still interact with some cute pups! I do currently work full-time, and most of my free time is in the evenings and early mornings. I'm fairly open on weekends, though and even on holidays (if I'm off work). I will only be able to go to a client's home, just for the well-being and safety of my own little girls. But, I'd treat you little (and not so little) ones like my own (who are spoilt brats). Whether that's walkies or cleaning up messes, playtime or administrating meds, they'd be loved for the short time that I would be able to spend with them.

About: I have more experience caring for cats than dogs, since I own two 6-year-old cats myself and have cared for them for years. I’m experienced with feeding, playtime, cleaning up after pets, and administering both oral and topical medications.
