About: I’ve done another dog sitting service for 2 years and am switching to rover now that I am in a new city! I’ve watched many family friends dogs over the years as well. I am waiting on credentialing things so am currently free all day every day until that comes in so I am ready to take care of all of your animals! Michael was great! He came over to meet Daisy before her scheduled walk. He was on time, very friendly and asked good questions. He showed up on time the day of the scheduled walk and took care of Daisy. She seemed to really like him. I would definitely use him again and would recommend his services.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
