“Morgan was great! She was on time, followed the instructions I left for my dog’s care, and was considerate with key pickup and drop off. She also left a good description of the walk so that I felt clued in while I was out of the house and sent some nice pictures.”

“Sarah has been wonderful with Boba—reliable, great communication, and clearly someone he enjoys spending time with. It’s been a relief knowing he’s in good hands with her—she really makes the whole process easy and stress-free!”

“Molly did a great job walking/visiting our goldendoodle this week! She was really responsive, left great messages and photos, and gave our pup the love and attention she needed. We will book her again!”

“Juan walked our dog on short notice and was able to handle him jumping and barking without any issue. We really appreciate his friendliness and responsiveness.”

About: I've been taking care of animals since I was a kid, from dogs to special-needs cats, chickens, and bearded dragons. Recently, I've been really enjoying working with Rover clients, both the two- and four-legged varieties! I love getting to know new critters and learning their quirks and faves, which lets me give them the best enrichment I can. I'm also a great communicator and a half-decent animal photographer. Most recent accomplishment: leash-training my rambunctious orange cat! I work remotely on a flexible schedule, so I'll be available to meet your pets' needs. For visits or walks, morning, midday, and afternoon times on weekdays generally work best. When visiting or walking pets, I always make sure to double-check everything is in order, and reach out immediately if anything's amiss. Past clients have said I'm a great communicator, responsible with their homes, and responsive to their needs and concerns.
About: I have previous experience working in the Veterinary field. We have one well-loved senior beagle mix and two, sweet male kitties. I am skilled with medication administration with dogs and cats. I am a part-time preschool teacher, so I have time during the morning and afternoon to take care of your fur babies. I am available on the weekends as well. I have a fenced in backyard and a screened in porch for a little extra relaxation. I will offer plenty of treats, and fresh water for every visit is a must!
About: I provide dependable, personalized care to every pet as if they were my own. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, and preferences so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. I'm experienced with dogs of all sizes and energy levels, including puppies who need patience and consistency, as well as senior pets who require a gentler pace and extra attention. I'm comfortable administering basic medications, reinforcing training routines, and providing plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection. Communication is a priority for me, so you'll receive regular updates, photos, and messages throughout your pet's stay. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your furry family member is in caring, reliable hands. I currently work full time but have flexibility during the day, allowing me to accommodate walks, drop-in visits, and pet care as needed. I'm also available in the evenings, on weekends, and for overnight stays with advance notice, so I can provide reliable and consistent care that fits your pet's routine. Your pet's safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I follow each owner's care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, exercise routines, medication needs, and any special requests. Whether I'm caring for pets in my home or yours, I provide a clean, secure, and calm environment with plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. I also keep owners updated with regular messages and photos, so you can feel confident your pet is happy and well cared for.
“Manuel was wonderful with my dog. He needs a little time to warm up to new people and Manuel went out of his way to spend extra time making sure Tigger felt comfortable. I will be using Manuel's services again for sure.”

“Allison was very good at communicating before the visit and was great with Pip, and Pip seemed very happy after her walk! We’ll definitely be booking Allison again”

About: I've been taking care of a slew of different animals over the past ten years, everything from chickens to dogs and cats. I've taken care of asthmatic cats, and dogs with severe separation anxiety. I've been taking care of my neighbors cats and dogs for the last 8 years. Most of whom have multiple pets, I'm really good with managing cats and dogs at the same time. I've even pet sat 10 chickens, 3 dogs, a guinea pig. Multiple 14+ year old dogs, and some 16 year old cats. I'm currently working teaching English as a second language part time. However, I am available most of the day and after I get off work as well. I read instructions and will follow instructions to a T. I will use my years of experience to tackle the unexpected. I'll take care of them as though they were my own.
“Isabelle walks my goldendoodle furchild every day and she’s such an important part of Maya’s life. To start, she’s super communicative and reliable, which makes it really easy to plan and coordinate walks and dogcare with her. She was also great about learning what behaviors we try to reinforce, Maya’s habits and routines and what Maya eats, which gives me the warm and fuzzies that as a parent, aunt Isabelle is staying consistent with dad’s rules. Isabelle is so great with dogs and has good judgment generally; seeing how she interacts with Maya and hearing her describe how Maya did on a given walk, I trust her implicitly. Lately she’s been really helpful in figuring out fun new walking routes or destinations that cater to Maya’s interests and mood and energy level. Yep Isabelle is a wonderful dog “auntie” and just a delightful human being. I don’t know what her advertised rates are on here, but you should pay them and then some. Isabelle, get after it girl. Charge people what you’re worth! ?”

About: I am detail oriented and love to play with pups. If a schedule is provided, I will follow it as directed. I can walk, feed, and take pets out to potty. Your pet(s) will always be under my watch. Additionally there is someone home at all times in case I do need to step out. I also offer after hours/overnight potty breaks if needed, as late as 3am and as early as 7:30am. I also speak Spanish. I am available Monday to Friday and most weekends, which mostly depend on the time. I’m very flexible and can accommodate to you & your pet’s needs. I have a fenced front yard and backyard. Pups are always monitored anytime we’re outside. Also seperated when eating to ensure everyone ears their own meal. I can crate your dog if needed.

Absolutely thrilled with Ozge dog walking services! She’s incredibly trustworthy, always respectful with my dog, and does an excellent job every time. She spends the time to get my dog tired and sends multiple pictures each time. Her communication is prompt and clear, which makes everything so easy. I highly recommend her to any dog parent looking for a reliable walker. Highly recommend for anyone looking in falls church to walk or watch their dog!

Lei has been absolutely wonderful with Freya these past few months! Freya is always so happy when she stops by. She is so attentive and caring with her, wiping her paws and making sure it’s not too hot for her to be outside long. She went above and beyond staying past the appointment time when Freya was stubborn and wouldn’t poop right away. Thank you so much for everything!

Rachel was flexible and communicative. Sirena loved her from the second she met her which means a lot to us since she’s a nervous girl. She was sure to communicate all the things Sirena had done with her as well as asked questions if anything came up. We definitely recommend her and will use her again :) thank you Rachel !

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
