Availability

Pet care is my full focus right now, so I have real availability across mornings, midday, and evenings, with weekend flexibility for longer sits or extended outings. Lunchtime slots tend to fill up first, so book those early if you can. I take both regular weekly clients and one-off requests, and I'm comfortable with last-minute bookings when my schedule allows.

Safety, trust & environment

In your home, I follow your routines and house rules closely. Consistency matters to pets, and the closer I can keep their day to what they're used to, the more relaxed they'll be while you're away. I keep a careful eye on the environment—watching for anything a curious pet could get into, locking up after myself, and double-checking doors and gates every single time. You'll get photos, videos, and a real update from each visit—not just "all good!" but what your pet actually did, how they seemed, and anything worth flagging. If something is even slightly off, you'll hear about it the same day with a photo. I'd rather over-communicate than have you wondering.

Information Jennifer M. would like to know about your pet

Before our first visit, I'd love to know: -Any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or recent vet concerns -Reactivity or fear triggers -Resource guarding around food, toys, or people -Recall reliability and any history of bolting, slipping a collar, or door-dashing -Their normal feeding schedule, treats they love, and any foods to avoid -Where their gear lives and how it's normally put on -Emergency contact info and your preferred vet, plus a backup -Anything else quirky or specific

A typical day

For dogs, every visit starts with a quick check-in—how are they moving, what's their energy like, anything different from last time? Then we head out. I match the route and pace to the dog. I always carry water in warm weather and watch closely for any sign of overheating. After the walk, I make sure your pup has water and gets settled in and send you an update just after I leave. For cat visits, I start with the essentials—food, water, litter—then spend real time with your cat rather than rushing out. That might mean play with a wand toy, a brushing session, a lap nap, or just sitting nearby reading while they decide whether they want company. You'll get photos and a note about how they seemed, whether they ate, and anything worth knowing.

Pet care experience

I grew up with dogs and cats and have been caring for friends', family's, and neighbors' pets since I was a kid. I've built trust and rapport by consistently offering dependable and attentive care to their beloved pets. I am committed to ensuring the safety, comfort, and happiness of every pet I look after. Whether it's daily walks, playtime, or just providing companionship while you're away, I treat every pet as if they were my own and pay close attention to each pet as an individual and adjust to what they need. I'd love to care for your high-energy sniffer, your senior who needs to take it slow, or your kitty who needs patience to warm up. Your furry family members are in good hands with me.
