He followed instructions well without being able to meet in person. He communicated throughout our trip and made sure we knew if anything came up out of the normal. He offered reasonable adjustments to schedule based on what he saw fitting for Bruno. I could tell that Juan cared for Bruno and Bruno was in good hands. To start, she’s super communicative and reliable, which makes it really easy to plan and coordinate walks and dogcare with her. She was also great about learning what behaviors we try to reinforce, Maya’s habits and routines and what Maya eats, which gives me the warm and fuzzies that as a parent, aunt Isabelle is staying consistent with dad’s rules. Isabelle is so great with dogs and has good judgment generally; seeing how she interacts with Maya and hearing her describe how Maya did on a given walk, I trust her implicitly. Lately she’s been really helpful in figuring out fun new walking routes or destinations that cater to Maya’s interests and mood and energy level. Yep Isabelle is a wonderful dog “auntie” and just a delightful human being. I don’t know what her advertised rates are on here, but you should pay them and then some. Isabelle, get after it girl. I understand that trust is extremely important when someone is caring for your pets and entering your home, so I pride myself on being respectful, responsible, communicative, and dependable. I’m happy to provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel reassured while they’re away.
