Cat and Dog First Aid Certified through the American Red Cross (June 6, 2024) I have a deep passion for canine companions and a wealth of experience in providing top-notch care for dogs. My love for dogs began at an early age, and it's been a lifelong journey filled with joy and dedication. Background: Growing up, I had the pleasure of having a Coton de Tulear named Biscuit and a Tonkinese cat named Pascal as part of my family. Biscuit was not just a pet but a beloved member of our household, and the bond we shared was truly special. In addition to my personal connection with dogs, I have also done house-sitting for medium-sized dogs and regularly conducted drop-in visits for walking my neighbors' and friends' dogs. Comfort with All Breeds: Living near six Newfoundlands and having a friend with a Pitbull has given me valuable experience and confidence in handling dogs of all sizes and breeds. Whether it's a gentle giant or a spirited small pup, I am equipped to provide the love and care they need. Understanding and Connection: One of my strengths is my ability to understand and connect with dogs on a deep level. Michael was the most incredible sitter. We can’t say enough how helpful, communicative, caring and thoughtful he was in his stay with our two pitties. We were gone for nearly two weeks and Anne had a bad rash appear when we were just losing cell connectivity for several days. Michael took her to our vet, helped us figure out how to cover the bill from across an ocean, kept us updated on her status and even gave her medicated baths to make sure she felt better. I am grateful that he was paying close enough attention to notice that she was unwell in the first place. On top of all of that, Michael shared copious photos and videos of two very happy dogs, sent us messages letting us know how they were doing, administered medication like a pro and left our house better than he found it. We will absolutely book Michael again next time we are out of town if he is available.
Michael did a great job looking after our dogs and cats. We were gone for two weeks and he was very reliable and responsive the whole time. We were confident everyone was very well taken care of and didn’t have to worry about them while we were away. We will definitely ask Michael to watch everyone again in the future!
Michael was wonderful. He listened to instructions perfectly and always kept me informed. He made sure to mix up our dog, Jackson’s, walks and exercise to ensure he was having fun every day. Will certainly ask to have Michael care for our dog again, if needed.

Michael genuinely cares about dogs and making them feel comfortable and loved. Our dog Spencer can sometimes be a little shy at first, but he warmed up to Michael immediately, which says a lot. Throughout the stay, Michael kept us updated with photos, and it was obvious Spencer was having an amazing time. We had a flight delay, and Michael saved the day by staying an extra night, and sharing his schedule if we needed him even longer. When we arrived home, our house was clean and well taken care of. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Spencer was in such capable and caring hands. We would absolutely trust Michael again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and attentive dog sitter!
Michael was a great find! We had a last-minute change before going on vacation and needed someone to stay at our home with our husky. Michael came to our rescue and was awesome. Great communication and a great young man to watch our dog and our home.

Schedule
With a highly flexible schedule, I'm available to care for your dog at your convenience. On weekends, I'm at your service any time between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM. Weekdays offer the same flexibility, with my availability from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
