I’ve had pets, both dogs and cats, my entire life, so caring for animals has always come naturally to me. Along with caring for my own pets, I’ve also looked after neighbors’ pets over the years, giving me experience with a wide range of personalities, sizes, and needs. I’m comfortable with everything from small cats and dogs to larger breeds like Dobermans and Pit Bulls, and I genuinely love spending time with all animals. Being around animals has always brought me a sense of comfort and joy, and that shows in the care I provide. Even while at college, my roommates and I have continued to foster a pet-friendly environment, so I’m very used to being around and helping care for animals daily. I’m patient, attentive, and committed to making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away.

I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while sticking as closely as possible to their normal routine. In a client’s home, I provide feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, bathroom breaks, and lots of attention and companionship. I also make sure the home stays clean and tidy while caring for the pet. I understand that every animal has a different personality and comfort level, so I always try to be patient, attentive, and responsive to their needs. Whether a pet is energetic and playful or more calm and reserved, I want them to feel relaxed and well cared for while their owner is away.

Ella was absolutely amazing with my dog Chewbacca over the weekend! She treated my little boy with so much love, care, and respect the entire time. It gave me such peace of mind knowing he was in such great hands. Chewbacca was so happy and comfortable with her, and you can truly tell she genuinely loves animals. Communication was great, she was very kind, attentive, and went above and beyond. I will 100% be booking with her again in the future. Highly recommend Ella to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring to watch their pets!
Ella is a kind and caring person with a gentle touch with animals. She has taken care of our dog many times and genuinely loves spending time with him. She takes the extra time to cuddle and play with him and he looks forward to their walks. She is also responsible and trustworthy. I highly recommend Ella's care for both dogs and cats!

Schedule
I am currently home from college for the summer, which gives me a flexible schedule for pet care. I am available after 5 PM Monday through Thursday, and I have open availability for most of the day Friday through Sunday. I enjoy spending time with animals as part of my daily routine and can provide reliable, attentive care throughout the week.

- Before caring for a pet, I think it’s important to know their routine, personality, energy level, and any specific needs they may have. I like to know things like feeding schedules, favorite activities, medications, triggers or anxieties, and how they interact with new people or other animals so I can make them feel as comfortable and safe as possible.
