My experience in taking care of pets started more than 7 years ago. Back in my hometown, there are many stray puppies and kittens that have to survive day by day, walking miles to find food, water, and shelter for the night. As I grew up, I noticed this heart-wrenching reality, and there wasn't much a single human could do to protect all of those animals. Fortunately, I found a group of people who shared my thoughts, and together, we began doing what we could to help these needy animals, who often just needed some affection to brighten their day. Since then, I have dedicated my time to creating a better environment for any pet I've come across, either by volunteering at local shelters or simply by providing food and water when I encountered them on the streets. It's not easy for every dog or cat to find a forever home. My professional journey began five years ago when I moved to the U.S. My neighbors asked me to take care of their two dogs since they traveled frequently. They then referred me to other families, and the cycle continued. I don't view this as a 'job' but rather as something that warms my heart and brings me immense happiness. This is what sets me apart from other pet sitters. Every pet will always be treated as if they were my own. ♥️

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Giovanna! She cared for our two dogs for 8 days, including one puppy, and I couldn't have asked for a better sitter. Before our booking, she arranged a meet-and-greet, which allowed both pups and me to see where they would be staying and also meet her and her dog. Our dogs eat fresh food, which requires a little extra attention, and she handled everything perfectly. She sent plenty of photos and updates throughout their stay, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. This was our puppy's first time boarding; he is naturally a little shy and takes time to warm up to new people and places. Looking through the photos, it was so reassuring to see his personality come out after he settled in. By the end of his stay, it was obvious he was comfortable, relaxed, and having a great time. It's clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches and treats them like family. We came home to two happy, well-cared-for pups, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with her again. If you're looking for someone attentive, communicative, and who truly loves animals, I wholeheartedly recommend Giovanna!
We’ve used Giovanna several times to care for our dog, Ruby, and she has been absolutely amazing every single time. Ruby is always excited to see her, which gives us so much peace of mind whenever we’re away. Giovanna is reliable, caring, and keeps us updated with photos and messages throughout the stay. Schedule
My schedule offers great flexibility, as I work from home, enabling frequent breaks and walks. If I must be away for a few hours, I ensure the pet can stay home comfortably. In cases of separation anxiety, I make every effort to adjust my schedule to be present throughout their stay.

I presently live in a townhouse-condo with ample space, and the building features extensive green areas that I've utilized in the past for walks with my "clients" (pets).

I enjoy engaging with dogs and ensuring they remain active, especially if they have a lot of energy. I'm also aware that some dogs may not be as inclined to play vigorously or jump around, but I will still do my best to keep them content and engaged.
