Availability
I work from home, so I'm available to host your pooch any time. I enjoy going for walks around the neighborhood, including walking to the local dog park. Those walks are much more fun when I actually have a dog with me. :)

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced yard with a couple of mature trees in it (and therefore lots of squirrels to chase around), and I don't have pets of my own or kids. It's a non-smoking house. Our house is split-level, which means that there are 6-7 steps going up and down from the entryway as you first walk in. That unfortunately means that it's not well suited for any dogs that cannot handle stairs.

Information Ksenia P. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that I should be aware of. How are they when walking on a leash? What if we run into another dog? When off leash in the backyard, do they tend to dig? If I have to leave them home alone for a few hours, is there anything I can do to make the experience a little less stressful for them? Is he/she a poop roller (likes to roll in poop)? Do they tend to bark, especially at night?
A typical day
On a typical day we'll play fetch or tug of war in the backyard a few times, and will go for a 30-60 minute walk around the neighborhood when I'm done working for the day.

Pet care experience
I've had cats and dogs since I was a kid. Most recently I had a dog with special needs who was a handful, but whom I miss dearly. Since I don't currently have a dog myself I'd love to take care of yours at my home, where they will have my undivided attention and get lots of play time and cuddles.
Reviews

We had a last minute cancellation with another sitter due to a family emergency, and Ksenia was gracious enough to have us book last minute. She was accommodating to my dog’s needs and provided great care to him. We’re super grateful for her help and recommend her to watch your pet!

Cody returned home happy and healthy from his stay with Ksenia and her husband. Ksenia texted me daily with updates and photos. She has a nice backyard for dogs to wander around and sniff. Good fit for my dog.

Ksenia is a great sitter and Henry loves staying with her! As a senior dog, Henry has more needs than a younger pup, but Ksenia does a great job handling all. We're so grateful to have a sitter than Henry loves to stay with and look forward to his next visit!

Ksenia and her husband have truly been incredible! This was a year where I had to travel several times for work so I gave Rover a chance and was so lucky to find them. They have watched my furbaby four times now and every experience has been phenomenal. They take exceptional care of my dog and I know he enjoys being at their home because he is still my happy and playful boy when I return to pick him up! Thank you Ksenia!!
