About: Pets have been a big part of my life, and I know the difference between a pet who is just being watched and one who is truly cared for. I currently share my home with a cat, so daily care is second nature to me: feeding on schedule, fresh water, clean litter boxes, and the small routines cats count on.Especially Anxious (i know when your gargoyle wants to lurk-and when the rubs are needed. I’ve had two dogs, and both taught me a lot. My first, Ed, was an 80-pound American Foxhound rescued as a suspected abandoned hunting dog who had never lived indoors. Together we worked through house training, leash manners (no more yanking), a fear of stairs (which involved carrying him up three flights until he stopped being scared), and a distaste for rain. His name was not what he was rescued with, but he was clearly always an Ed. With my second dog, Kovu, I spent a lot of time on socialization with other dogs and on keeping him calm and quiet when left alone. Because of that, I’m patient with nervous, rigid, big dogs, and dogs still learning the rules. I know that consistency and a calm presence go a long way. All Creatures Welcome! About: I enjoy pet sitting and have tried to do it consistently as I can for the past 5 years. I am responsible and experienced. I have experience with domestic pets and turtles. I have a lot of experience with households with multiple dogs or a combination of pets such as cats and turtles or dogs and rabbits. I have other contract type jobs, but I really enjoy pet sitting and try to do it as much as possible. It is a consistent part of my week. I will always focus my energy on the pets in my clients home while I’m there. I will live my life on the schedule they are on to the best of my ability.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 14 years old. I've taken care of puppies all the to senior dogs. I have experience in walking, feeding, and and playing with my fur friends. I'm currently working part-time and doing school part-time as well. I'm free on the weekends and free after 3pm (6pm on Friday) on the weekdays except for Tuesday and Wednesday. I usually have the holidays off, so I can take care of pets during that time as well. Being a cat mom myself, I have toys, treats, scratch posts, and clay litter at my house for my cat. I always make sure to keep harmful objects or liquids away from my pet. I also make sure she gets plenty of pets and playtime throughout the day.

About: I used to have a shih tzu named Oreo when I was younger for a year unfortunately had to give her away because my mom was allergic. I now take care of my cousin’s dog Millie when they are on trips I usually sleepover at their house and watch over her, walk her, feed her, and as well as bathing her. As you can see in the pictures of me with different pets they are not all mine just the bunny named biscuit. All the other dogs and cats are my friends or just strays I find on the street that wants affection:) I currently work full time but I’ll make time for the fur babies because they make me happy. I communicate clearly and make time around my schedule to accommodate to all pet parents. I will treat your fur babies as if they were my own. If there is any medication or specific instructions on what you would like me to do I will be more than happy to do so just let me know.

About: I grew up with two dogs that I had the responsibility of taking care of at a very young age. This opened me up to pet sitting and walking a lot of the dogs in my neighborhood. My dog at home has a strict diet which has helped me form the attention to detail that dog sitters need. All of these experiences have help shaped me into the dog lover I am today. I am always excited to meet new dogs and help new families with the care taking of their furry friends. I work daily from 8am-4pm. I am able to visit with your pet (walk, let outside, play, feed, etc.) prior to my work as well as after work, nights, and weekends! I have a big house right by Chantilly High School. There are several parks near me and a large backyard for pets to run around!

About: I have been a cat mom for 18 years and a dog mom for 5 years. I primarily care for cats, but I do care for dogs on occasion. I am a cat sitter for my friends and family. I have always loved cats and I relate to them so much. I am always excited to meet new kitties. I love making all cats feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. About: I have owner a variety of animals from fish and rodents to three large dogs at once ( 2 huskies and aGerman Shepherd ) . I have also used rover formally to dogsit and walk many sizes and temperaments of dogs. I currently volunteer at the shelter to take dogs out of the kennel for the day and actively pet sit dogs and cats of friends. I have experience working with puppies after raising my German shepherd and another set of four puppies until adoption. I have also worked with senior dogs with dietary restrictions and medication. I am self-employed and an online student at the moment and have more free time that can be flexibly managed. I spend extra hours taking my friends pets on walks or spending time with them while doing work at home. I love to go on walks as I used to own two large and active dogs ! In-house sitting would mean respect for the clients home and their belongings. I also understand that the home is the safe space of the pet and should be treated with care. My priority is the comfort and care of the animal during the time their owners are gone to make sure they are well taken care of and enjoying their time :)!

About: I have a passion for all animals and 3 years of experience. I have an older dog myself and I am very comfortable working with animals of all ages. I am currently home from college on summer break with a very flexible schedule that can be tailored to any and all needs a pet may have. I'm all about making your pets day. It's already hard enough on them not having their favorite people home so anything I can do to bring them enjoyment and pass the time brings me so much pleasure.

About: I grew up with a house full of pets including cats, dogs, and budgies. Currently I have my own cat Cloe and a turtle named Joe. I have experience caring for my elderly childhood cat who requires chemo pills, laxatives, and special food. Im currently searching for employment so my schedule is completely open. Can work weekends and weekdays at any time, preferably weekdays 10 am to 5pm. At my apartment I care for my 4 year old feline. She likes to play with her string toy and watch cat tv. Shes very food motivated so we always have treats on hand. At my parents house we have a fenced in backyard for the dog and lots of indoor space for their 4 cats. My childhood cat needs medication and special food so he is fed seperately from the other 3 cats. Every cat i've ever owend has been exclusively indoor.

About: I’ve owned pets my whole life. I adopted my cat after finding him during college and we currently live with two other cats and a lizard. I grew up with the most wonderful dogs from the time they were puppies until they grew old. I also grew up with bearded dragons, hamsters, frogs, and fish and frequently care for the other pets in my household. I love animals and look forward to getting to know yours! I am a dance and theater teacher! My availability is usually until around 12 on weekdays and after 8:30 on week nights. Wednesday mornings I am less available but if a long term sitter was needed, I have many others who may be able to help during that time! Weekends, I could come earlier in the morning on Saturdays and in the afternoons with times varying from 1-6:00 depending on if I am running birthdays that week. Sundays, I am typically more available, occasionally having a birthday or midday show. I am not currently available to provide boarding at my house, as I have three cats that openly roam and may not be happy about unexpected visitors joining them.
