About: I currently work at a dog rescue. I volunteered as a dog washer at the humane society for a year. I pet sat relatives dogs in their home. I know how to respect dogs boundaries. Right now my schedule is somewhat flexible. I am available weekdays and weekends. I am unavailable on Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 4pm to 730pm. I’m available for walks and drop-ins during the week and have additional flexibility on weekends. I’m also happy to provide boarding and daycare depending on the dates. I’ll make sure your dog gets plenty of exercise, playtime, attention, and rest while following their normal routine as closely as possible. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. Having cared for and trained my own dog for over 9 years, I understand how important it is to follow each dog’s individual routine and needs. My experience with Guiding Eyes for the Blind also taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and responsibility when caring for dogs. I’ll carefully follow your instructions for feeding, walks, medications, and anything else your pet needs, while keeping you updated with photos and messages throughout their stay.

About: I’ve been pet sitting for 5+ years for friends, family, neighbors, and clients. I absolutely love getting to know every pet’s personality! I’ve cared for everything from energetic puppies and cats to K9s and a 17-year-old dog who needed multiple medications and strict schedule. I also have 5 pets of my own (2 dogs and 3 cats), so I’m used to lots of love, different routines, and pets with all kinds of needs! Fun fact, I volunteer for rescue in puerto rico flying animals back to the states when I travel there. I’m currently in college, so my availability depends on my class schedule during the semester. Jennifer has been walking our dog Leo on a regular Tuesday/Thursday schedule (mornings and afternoons), and she’s been fantastic. My dog stayed with me for a few months and because of my job, it's hard for me to predict when I will need a dog walker in advance. Despite my many last minute asks, Edward K. helped me by taking care of Oreo. His communication was great. The pictures he sent indicated that Oreo really liked him and had a great walk each time. Most importantly when I got home I could tell that Oreo's walk with Edward made him more peaceful and settled during my long days away from him.
