Fatima E.

“Fatima was great with my dog, Milo. He is an anxious dog but on a meet and greet he immediately warmed up to her and allowed her to pet him. My dog is reactive, and Fatima listened to my instructions for how to properly take him on a stress-free walk. I loved the pictures she took and could tell he was at ease with her. Most importantly, I can tell she has an understanding of dog body language and knows when to try to engage and when to give the dog space.”

Joshua H.

“From my dog ARES’ responses, I know he likes Joshua and enjoyed the walking with him. He arrived on time and took care of Ares’ poop and pee-pee during the walk. I will book with him again in the future.”

Soraya B.
“I recently had the pleasure of hiring Soraya to take care of my fish, chickens, and plants while I was away, and I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with their exceptional services. Soraya went above and beyond my expectations, ensuring that my beloved pets and plants received the utmost care and attention during my absence. First and foremost, my fish were in excellent hands. Soraya demonstrated an impressive knowledge of fish care, maintaining their tank with utmost precision. They diligently monitored the water parameters, fed them at the appropriate times, and even went the extra mile to clean the tank and ensure a healthy environment. My fish were visibly happy and thriving upon my return, which is a testament to the care provided by Soraya. Additionally, my chickens were exceptionally well looked after. Soraya ensured they had fresh food and water daily, along with a clean coop. It was evident that they genuinely cared for the well-being of my feathered friends, as the chickens were content and stress-free upon my return. The attention to detail and dedication to their welfare truly set Soraya apart. Lastly, I was delighted to find my plants flourishing upon my arrival home. Soraya had a keen eye for ensuring each plant received the appropriate amount of water, light, and care. They meticulously followed the provided instructions and even took the initiative to remove any wilted leaves or debris, leaving my garden looking vibrant and healthy. What impressed me the most about Soraya was their reliability and professionalism. They maintained open and timely communication throughout my time away, providing updates and promptly addressing any concerns that arose. Knowing that my pets and plants were in such capable and caring hands allowed me to enjoy my trip without worry. I wholeheartedly recommend Soraya to anyone in need of pet and plant care services. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals and plants make them an outstanding caretaker. I will undoubtedly be reaching out to Soraya for any future needs, as I trust them implicitly to provide exceptional care in my absence. Thank you, Soraya, for going above and beyond and giving me peace of mind during my time away. You are truly a gem in the realm of pet and plant caretaking!”

About: Growing up as a child I alslways took care of my neighbors cat. I never did have pets on my own but I remember frequently visiting them to open a can of tuna for the little rascal to start climbing on me. During high school and college my neighbors would often go on vacation and ask me to pet sit their dog for weeks at a time. The poor fluff had cancer but I made sure he was getting the care he needed. Eventually when I moved to Wisconsin, I missed having a pet so I took up a shift at the local humane society and helped to take care of feral cats. A majority of these were easy to handle but I have lots os experience (and memories) from the ones that weren't so nice. I am not currently working so I will be completely free to take care of your pet! Morning, afternoon, or night I can make it l. I cannot care for pets in my own home but I will follow any instructions you have for your own pet in your own home.

About: I love taking care of dogs. My dog Lou and I spend hours of quality time grooming and throwing the ball in my backyard. Lou loves to walk in the neighborhood and sniff everything He loves his baths and nail trims. Louie takes vitamins and I know how to administer medicine. I also trained Lou from a puppy to learn basic commands. Currently I’m working part time and have flexibility during the week to walk or visit pets.I’m available 7 days a week for appointments. I look forward to taking care of your dog or cat! I provide my dog with fresh food and water everyday. I like to take my dog outside after he eats to potty and play fetch. I then brush his teeth and give Lou his vitamins.

About: After 9 years of taking care of my adopted wiener dogs, they both passed in 2022 (at 15 and 17). Prior to having my own pets, I was the dogsitter for many of my friends leaving 1-2 small-ish dogs with me for up to a week at a time. I'm not quite ready to adopt and I know how hard it is to find a reliable, ethical, and caring pet sitter - so I hope to be able to fill that void for local pet parents. Until I grow my little family again, I'm ready to pet sit yours. I live in the Vienna area of Virginia and have some time and flexibility to take care of your pet(s) in a loving and caring way. While I'm new to pet sitting for others, I raised my dachshunds for 9 years through multiple medical issues (doggy dementia, corneal degeneration, bladder stones, hearing loss, etc). Senior dogs have a special place in my heart. I have a professional hybrid job that has flexibility for me to board and dog walk. I know when I was a dog dad for two anxious dogs, I needed someone to stay at my place - so I'm also willing to do that as well. I live in a cozy condo that has easy access to walking paths, but it is an apartment-like complex. When boarding, pets would have access to frequent walks, cuddles, and furniture. I will be up front of when I will be home and how much time I can spend with the pet. I do not take the responsibility lightly and welcome and open dialogue to ensure it is a good fit for both of us.

Elizabeth C.
“I was having trouble finding someone who would really listen to all the concerns we had for our dog. Before we went on vacation for 2 weeks, it was imperative that we knew our dog would be safe, fed, and walked. Luckily, a friend directed me to Elizabeth, a young and bright girl, and we were able to leave knowing our dog was in responsible hands. We ended up calling her for dog walks, and she listened to our concerns and followed the schedule.”

Chantal P.

“Chantal is absolutely excellent! She goes above and beyond and is very flexible with helping us with Adrian! Her rates are more than reasonable and you can tell she really loves spending time with animals!”
