They were very communicative and kindly flexible when we had some unforeseen extra traffic on our way in. We’ll definitely book with them next time we’re in the area!
Aly was AMAZING with my dogs. I haven’t left them with a sitter in two years so I was incredibly anxious about leaving, but they settled right in and couldn’t have been happier. I forgot to pack a couple of things for them but she was able to provide those things last minute which I was so thankful for, and sent pictures and updates throughout the day everyday we were gone. Rachel is very responsive and considerate, she was amazing with Gogo! She really understands dogs and pays close attention to their body language to make sure they’re comfortable, happy, and never overwhelmed. That gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She kept me updated throughout the stay with messages and photos, and even worked on some training with him, like impulse control and waiting for his release cue before eating. She also brushed Gogo, which was such a thoughtful touch and something I really appreciated.
Guojin was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly quick to respond and sent tons of daily pictures, giving us total peace of mind. Libby seemed so happy when we picked her up, so I know she was in fantastic hands. We will definitely recommend booking with Guojin!
I found Yichen on Rover after our regular dog watcher moved away. She far surpassed our expectations! She took wonderful care of our much beloved pup who requires extra care due to some health issues. She was in very regular contact and Toby seemed adjusted and happy in photos and when we returned. Tom did a wonderful job caring for Jennie while we were away! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a loving family to care for their dog. He took her on energizing walks each morning before it got hot, and and gave her plenty of time to play with other neighborhood dogs, which she loves. Tom shared photos and videos daily of Jennie playing, walking, and feeling very much at home! We will definitely reach out to Tom the next time we need help.
Michelle was amazing with our two doodles! We could tell from the first visit they felt safe in her home and trusted her. Her home is very pet friendly and suitable for extended pet stays.
