“Our dog Woody had a great time with Cindy. Everything went very smoothly. We would highly recommend Cindy to a dog owner wants someone to take care of their dog if it was their own. Woody was there for his birthday and Cindy even gave him a nice party.”

“Kayla is the real deal. Amazing with my big baby doodle. You can tell she has great experience and a way with dogs. She’s super responsive and easy going. I can’t recommend her enough!”

“Hoa is an amazing caretaker. Her passion for caring for senior dogs is evident. She is conscientious, responsive, and timely, and was diligent in administering medication to my dog as requested. She also kept Hallie active, providing plenty of walks and outdoor activity. I would be happy to use Hoa’s services again.”

“Karen deserves all of her 5 star reviews. She is fabulous and the only sitter I wanted to watch our dogs during our 12 day trip. I didn't worry for a second about them because I knew they were so well cared for. Karen is organized, loving, and great at communicating with you with updates and questions.”

“Miguelina and her family took wonderful care of my Reginald for the week he stayed. I got a brief update and pictures at the end of each day which I appreciated. Flexible on drop off and pick up. Reggie seemed happy and healthy when I picked him up.”

“Sujan exceeded all expectations. He and his wife cared for my dog as if she were their own. One of the family. I will send my dog back to Sujan and be comfortable being away without her knowing she is well cared for”

“I can’t say enough good things about the care my 12-year-old baby Dharma received! Leaving an older dog behind is never easy, but from the moment we connected, I knew Dharma would be in loving hands. Mei was incredibly attentive, patient, and truly treated Dharma like part of the family. I received regular updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. Dharma came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely loves dogs and understands the needs of senior pups, Mei is the one. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my girl!”

“Gail was so wonderful with my pup Mia!! I received several updates and photos to rest assured that my girl was safe and happy!! Thanks, Gail! We will definitely see you again!!”

“Rebecca boarded our pup for a week. She communicated well, sent pictures, and asked questions about feeding schedules when our pup wasn’t eating. We knew our pup was in good hands!”

“Coco took wonderful care of our dog, Truffle. This was our first time leaving him with someone outside of our family, so we were naturally very nervous. Truffle can have some separation anxiety, but Coco made the whole experience much easier for us. She sent frequent photos and updates, let us know how he was doing, and always responded quickly to our messages. It was clear that she genuinely cared about him and wanted us to feel comfortable while we were away. We’re so grateful that we found Coco and would absolutely trust her with Truffle again in the future. Finding Coco was such a relief, and we couldn’t have asked for a better first boarding experience. Thank you for taking such great care of our boy!”

“Leanna was fantastic with Odin and super flexible with pickup and drop-off. You can tell she really loves dogs and is well prepared for any that could happen. I would definitely recommend her!”
“First time using Na-Young and could not be happier. She is very personable and we were glad to have her watch a member of our family. Daily pics show how happy our dog is staying with her. I will use her to watch our dog again. Thanks, Na-Young!”

“This was my first time ever using Rover and I must say it was such a great experience! Veronica was super laid back and made me feel that Jax was in great hands. I was so worried to drop him off with someone other than family but I will most definitely be reaching out to Veronica in the future. Thanks Veronica!”

“Fantastic family to board with. Roger was kept very active and given lots of love. Terrific experience and will always try to book with Carrie and Matthew when available.”

“Laurie and Rich were so kind and caring for our little Frodo. From their photos, he was clearly comfortable in their home and yard. They kept us updated with his adjustment as it was his first time with them. When they expressed concern when he did not eat his dinner, we assured them that he does skip meals. We were lucky to find them available for our mini vacation. Thank you, Laurie and Richard”

“Thank you Andrew so much for looking out for Slim. Andrew and his family were caring and loving while taking care of my little guy. I will definitely trust him with your pet any day! Thank you again!”

“Yasmine is truly as good as it gets. She was so attentive, kind, and patient. Ziggy was all out of sorts after traveling on an airplane and she spent so much time reassuring him and dealing with some issues. I see why she has so much praise and love on Rover! I felt so at ease with her notes, checking, and updates.”

“Our dog Spikey recently stayed with Noelle. This was his first time. Noelle took good care of him. She sent us video's and gave us updates of how he was doing. Its so easy to interact with Noelle. She is so friendly and approachable. We definitely recommend her.”

Jorge & Alejandra, were fantastic with our dog, Hazelnut, while we were away! They sent daily photo updates and followed our exact feeding and walking routine. When we came home, Hazel was happy, relaxed, and well-cared for. We will definitely book Jorge & Alejandra, again!"

Brianna was super kind and patient w/ pup. He takes a long time to adjust to new environments and can be anxious, and there were some challenges but Brianna was always reassuring that it was ok and she handled it well. She sent plenty of pictures and videos and gave daily updates. I recommend her services to anyone looking for a sitter.

Shelley is an excellent caretaker. She is very caring, kind, gentle, and really knows how to take care of dogs. I have a very finicky eater Maltese who is also somewhat anxious when he is boarded, but he always comes back to us happy after the boarding. She communicates with us constantly and updates us on how he is doing, eating, etc. We would drive many miles if we have to, to place our dog with her for our travels - she's that much worth it for us! Thanks for everything, Shelley! All 5 Stars!

We boarded our dog Kuma with Solomon and he was very attentive. Asked a ton of great questions and made sure Kuma was very comfortable. Sent us pictures and video updates everyday, along with how he was doing. We felt very relaxed and worry free while we were away. Highly recommend, amazing sitter!

Kaitlin and Yung were wonderful and took such good care of our pup Minnie! We were visiting the area from out of town and brought our pup with us, but needed a place for her to stay nearby. They were very communicative and kindly flexible when we had some unforeseen extra traffic on our way in. We’ll definitely book with them next time we’re in the area!

Aly was AMAZING with my dogs. I haven’t left them with a sitter in two years so I was incredibly anxious about leaving, but they settled right in and couldn’t have been happier. I forgot to pack a couple of things for them but she was able to provide those things last minute which I was so thankful for, and sent pictures and updates throughout the day everyday we were gone. Will DEFINITELY book again :)

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
