It was nice receiving daily updates with pictures, and she were always quick to respond to my questions. Han was also super flexible and understanding when our flight was delayed and we had to pick up Peanut a few hours later than planned. Highly recommend!
We had an excellent experience working with Cheyanne. She is very caring and flexible and my daughter loved her cheerful spirit. I found Yichen on Rover after our regular dog watcher moved away. She far surpassed our expectations! She took wonderful care of our much beloved pup who requires extra care due to some health issues. She was in very regular contact and Toby seemed adjusted and happy in photos and when we returned. When I dropped Brogan to stay for a little over 2 weeks, he needed 2 oral meds, 1 topical cream, and his scheduled heartworm/tick/flea pill. Ron and Gretchen took that all in stride. And they also dealt well with Brogan's quirks, to include velcro-ing to Gretchen. Brogan enjoyed having a small pack to hang with during his stay with the other boarders and daycare pups.
We had a great experience. They were communicative, and kept us updated every day with pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our dog is still a puppy, so we know that can come with extra challenges, they took amazing care of him. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a loving and reliable sitter!
