He takes a long time to adjust to new environments and can be anxious, and there were some challenges but Brianna was always reassuring that it was ok and she handled it well. Shelley is an excellent caretaker. She is very caring, kind, gentle, and really knows how to take care of dogs. I have a very finicky eater Maltese who is also somewhat anxious when he is boarded, but he always comes back to us happy after the boarding. She communicates with us constantly and updates us on how he is doing, eating, etc. We would drive many miles if we have to, to place our dog with her for our travels - she's that much worth it for us!
