Welcome to your pup’s home away from home! We’re lifelong dog lovers with years of experience caring for pups of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. Our own fur baby is a playful and friendly German Shorthaired Pointer who loves making new friends and burning off energy in our spacious fenced yard in beautiful Vienna. We’re home full time, which means your dog will have plenty of attention, snuggles, and supervised play throughout the day. Whether your pup loves a good game of fetch or just wants to lounge in the shade, we’re here to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Very nice family. It was like "home away from home" for our dog.
We are so greatful we found Lowell & his family. They took wonderful care of both of our large dogs (1 Golden, 1 mix Pointer.) Our mix dog "Rowdy" has some eating issues and Lowell took time to hand feed him. Lowell has a great system set up at him very lovely home which was a good routine for our pups. We will be calling Lowell again! We told him he was our dogs new God Father! Highly recommend!! 10 STARS 🌟
I am not certain I know enough superlatives to rate Ripley's stay with this awesome family! From the moment I met Lowell and his family at the "meet and greet," I knew their home was the place for Ripley! Ripley was treated with love and attention as if she were their own dog! Of course, Ripley thrived under their care! As a matter of fact, I was afraid she wouldn't want to come home! Every time I received photos or videos, Ripley was having the time of her life! She and Bonnie, their dog, played well together and had a great time! I recommend Lowell and his family unequivocally! Fantastic, awesome, loving, magnificent, excellent, and without equal are just a few words that come to mind!

From morning potty breaks and active playtime in our large fenced-in yard, to midday snuggles and evening wind down walks, we make sure every pup feels like part of the family. We take the time to get to know each dog’s personality and needs... whether that means extra fetch sessions, belly rubs, or quiet cuddle time. Every day is shaped around making your dog feel safe, loved, and right at home. Happy pups make for a happy home, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Creating a safe, welcoming environment is our top priority, because when pups feel secure, they can truly relax and enjoy their time away from home. In our care, your dog will be treated like a cherished member of the family from the moment they arrive. At home, we’ve set up a spacious and secure one-acre fenced yard for play, exploration, and exercise under close supervision. Our energetic GSP is a great companion for dogs who love to socialize and stay active. We’re home full time, so there’s always someone keeping an eye on things... whether that’s monitoring interactions, reinforcing routines, or providing a cozy spot for rest and belly rubs. We tailor care to each pup’s needs, ensuring they feel comfortable, respected, and loved. From slow introductions and structured play to quiet downtime and routine updates for pet parents, our environment is designed around trust, consistency, and attentive care.

A typical day in our home is a tail-wagging blend of play, comfort, and companionship. We start the morning with some fresh air and potty breaks, followed by a round of energetic playtime in our large fenced-in yard, enjoying fetch, chase, or just some joyful zoomies with our friendly Bonnie leading the charge. Throughout the day, we keep pups engaged with a mix of mental stimulation (like puzzle toys or treat games), personalized attention, and cozy downtime. Whether it’s sunbathing on the deck, lounging inside with belly rubs, or joining us for a stroll around the property, every dog finds their rhythm here. Since we’re home full time, there’s always someone around to provide cuddles, snacks, and supervision. Our days are centered around your dog’s happiness and comfort, so whether they’re active explorers or mellow snugglers, we make sure they feel like this is their second home.

It’s helpful to hear about your dog’s typical routines, energy level, likes and dislikes, and any quirks or triggers they might have. Do they enjoy playing with other dogs or prefer solo time? Are they crate-trained, on any medications, or have dietary restrictions? How do they feel about new environments, loud noises, or being handled? We treat every dog like family, and knowing these details helps us provide care that’s respectful of their personality and aligned with what makes them happiest. After all, it’s the little things that make a big difference in their experience with us.
