About: Hi! My name is Natasha (formally), but I go by Natalie or Nat. I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15 years old alongside working in a veterinary hospital. I am willing to administer medications if need be and am happy to spend as much time with your furry friend as necessary! Let me know how I can help you help them. My schedule is very flexible, which allows me to prioritize each pet’s individual needs. I’m available throughout the day for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and companionship, and I can easily adjust my schedule to accommodate morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend care. I enjoy building a consistent routine for the pets I care for so they feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away. I care for every pet as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. I follow each owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications (if needed), playtime, and any special routines that help pets feel at ease. I also make sure they get plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and potty breaks throughout the day. “Barb, The Relief Every Pet Owner Needs Over the years, I grew increasingly scared to leave my 3 cats in a stranger's care. If needed I always drove them to my parents but it became clear that the roadtrip stressed them out more than if I had just left them at home and had a stranger come by the house. As a 1st time Rover user, Barb was a perfect find! She made the whole process unbelievably breezy. She very punctual to the meet and greet she set up the same day I sent my request. I ran her through the cat's litter and feeding schedule and already felt good about her. Immediately after this meet and greet, she sent me a screenshot of the notes she took afterwards which were notes on the food/water/litter instructions we had discussed for the brief meet. This really sealed it for me; not only did Barb exhibit great memory recall but also great attention to detail which is certainly needed in pet care. I had Barb check in twice a day for my 3 cats for a total of 9 days. She is very punctual to the times discussed and an expert with sending photos of furry loved ones to ease anxieties. She also made sure I was made aware of any event that occurred immediately in the Rover Card for that very check-in time. When responding to her or asking her questions she was quick and attentive with her responses. One of my cats loves to escape and is a bit of a "queen of the house" type of cat so she gets a bit protective of "her home" and after giving Barb some tips and tricks in what we do, my cat became calmer and more accepting of Barb as more check-ins occurred. They grew closer towards the end which is a testament of Barb's personality and care qualities. My other 2 cats are shy ones so there was a worry that we wouldn't be able to confirm if they were eating or not. But eventually Barb's calm and gentle presence coaxed them out enough to be spotted for a food grab or a hydration stop every now and then. Overall, having Barb as a first time Rover sitter and first time pet sitter was a perfect match and I feel lucky to have had her watching over my pets.”

I love spending time with animals and am hoping to spend more time with them in my downtime. I've owned cats and dogs for the past 25 years. I currently have 2 cats: Teddy and Noggin who are both 8 years-old. I've been pet sitting for the past 11 years and enjoy the joy it brings. I am great at paying attention to detail, dependable, responsible, and on time. I am super reliable, highly responsible, very loving and patient with animals, communicate well, and know basic pet first aid. I am available any weekday evening and am available during the day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. I am typically close to home on the weekends and can easily fit pet sitting in then as well! I have two cats that are indoor only with balcony access. My cat, Noggin, has heart disease and I am comfortable administering pills and treats. I have cared for dogs that have been crate trained and am comfortable putting them in crates when leaving. I have also administered medicine to dogs in the form of a pill pocket or food (peanut butter/cheese).

About: Hi there! I love animals and have been dog sitting since 2012! I myself have owned dogs growing up and adopted a cat named Albus in 2014! I also have experience with fish, bunnies, chickens, geckos, chameleons, rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, and frogs!
