Our flight was changed 24 hours before its departure due to the DCA accident, and she was very understanding on our situation, and took our two dogs earlier than anticipated. She constantly sent pictures, was very communicative before and during our pets stay with her; she sent multiple pictures and videos throughout the whole week. She was also very proactive when my dog's leash got broken, and she got another one for him. I appreciate a pet sitter who also involve her family in ensuring pets feel appreciated and warm at home, so thank you very much for allowing your little ones to play with Lio and Saul! About: Of all of the pets I have pet sat for, most of them were cats. I have worked with many different kinds of cats with various personalities making me very comfortable around cats. Cats are my favorite animals (sorry dogs I still love you!) and I have owned two. I have owned my current cat for 8 years now after me and my family rescued him from my dad's workplace when he was a stray kitten.

About: I've loved dogs my whole life and grew up caring for our family dog for over 15 years, from playful puppy years through his senior days. About: Over the years I have taken care of many different kinds of animals including dogs and cats (of which I've owned two of each), guinea pigs, mice, and more! In my veterinary science classes, I learned a lot about the handling of dogs, cats, and small animals and got lots of hands-on experience working with dogs during weekly grooming days. “We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for Leo! John was absolutely amazing — from the very start he was super responsive and so kind. Leo can be picky about rain, lazy when it’s hot, and a little particular about his eating (clean dish every time!), but John handled everything so wonderfully. He made sure Leo got his walks (adjusting for weather!), gave him all the love, and kept us constantly updated with sweet photos and notes that really gave us peace of mind while we traveled. Coming home to such a happy and relaxed pup says it all. Truly grateful for the care, attention, and thoughtfulness John showed. “We highly recommend Erika! We started with a meet-and-greet, and both Wishbone and Jack warmed up to her immediately. Wishbone is usually very shy with new people, but he felt safe enough to sniff her and lick her leg right away. They just finished an overnight boarding stay at her house, and it was a wonderful experience. Erika kept her promise and sent us photo and video updates, which gave us great peace of mind. Both dogs looked completely relaxed and happy when we picked them up. We will definitely be booking Erika for boarding again”

“We were so happy with our experience with Helena and Nathan! After another Rover cancelled on us last minute, they fit us in and truly saved the day! Their yard was amazing - especially for our 95 lb mutt who just loves to run. And our little old man loved the cozy beds around the house. They sent pics and videos every day and our boys came back happy and healthy. As a bonus, while we have noticed our dogs often come back from Rovers smelling like a kennel, after a weekend with Helena and Nathan they came back smelling great!”
