About: I have grown up around pets my entire love and am a pet owner myself. I have expirience with both cats and dogs and know the attention/affection they need. I understand how hard it can be to leave your fur babies at home so I am here to ease your mind! I have experience with puppies as well as very adult cats (I had a very elder lab that had many medications that I was giving her). I also have experience with kittens and older cats. I am a remote worker and am in office two days a week. While being remote, that makes my schedule more flexible and I also have hours that give me a lot of time in the afternoon to give your pets love. I care for pets in my clients home with respect. Teju Did a great job walking our 9 year old pup. It was nice for her to ask for a meet and greet prior to. She stayed in constant communication with us from the time we scheduled all the way until after they finished their walk. Teju showed up right on time and even offered to feed our Cooper. We would definitely use Teju again when the time comes.
All I can say is, Alex. Alex is the man with the master plan. Communication is key and Alex unlocked it. Thank you for taking great care of my baby love. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
