Fatima E. cancelled a booking 1 day before it was scheduled to begin.

Fatima is simply the best. She loves our pets as much as we do.

Fatima has been walking my 13-year old lab mix, Kona, weekdays for a month. She’s wonderful at keeping me up-to-date about my precious old lady with pictures and messages every day. I work 30 minutes from home so I’m thankful Fatima comes over to check in on Kona and take her for a walk every day.

Cali loved Fatima! Even though it was rainy outside and Cali didn’t want to walk much, Fatima made sure to stay and play with Cali. Will definitely be booking with Fatima again.

Fatima was a pleasant person and very comfortable around an old dog and a big high energy dog. The reason for the 3 stars is that she didn’t come at the scheduled time, but instead 3 hours later. Because of the substantial tardiness , one dog had an accident on a rug and stained the rug. Fatima was hesitant about doing a meet in greet in person which I thought was odd because the Rover app states that is the first step. She did agree when I explained that one dog is anxious. Fatima had 4 visits with my dogs in a 24 hour period.. Each time she spent 25 min with them when I booked 30 min sessions. I am new to this area so perhaps that is the local industry standard, but it was unusual for me.

Fatima was so responsive, communicative and caring while dropping in to check on our puppy and cats. Our babies LOVED her and I trust her entirely. We will be booking her again.
