About: I have been pet and house-sitting for over 10 years. I've worked with dogs of all sizes, from a chihuahua to a Leonberger. As well as a variety of other animals, including cats, chickens, bunnies, and fish. I have experience with all ages, young, middle-aged, and senior animals. Jen was the absolute best! She let me know exactly how the dogs were doing, shared photos, any concerns she had, and gave them plenty of love. Much are high energy so she came over before I went out of town and took notes. I left her with a lot of notes as well that she clearly studied to care for them! She followed all instructions and was very kind with her remarks. I’d recommend her over any other dog alter or pet sitter I have had using rover. Extremely reliable and communicative!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
