“Tamara is absolutely incredible. We have been though a couple of walkers (they’ve been great too) however, Tamara is amazing. She goes above and beyond. She spends time working with my pup, communicates and gives helpful suggestions on how to get my pup to lower his anxiety. If I could give her 6 stars, I WOULD! Highly recommend!”

About: Hi, I'm Rylee! I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds, including my own. I have a naturally calm and chill demeanor, which I've found really helps dogs feel safe and relaxed around me. I actually have a reactive dog at home, so I have a ton of everyday experience reading dog body language, handling leash walks safely, and just being patient. Because of my dog, I exclusively offer house sitting, drop-ins, and walks at your house—that way, your pet gets to stay stress-free in their own familiar space. I also play soccer, so I'm active, super reliable, and always punctual. Whether you have a high-energy puppy or a senior dog who just wants to hang out on the couch, your pet deserves all the love while you aren't home, and I’d be so happy to hang out with them! Pet care fits really easily into my current schedule. I have a lot of flexibility during the week to match up with your busy days, and I'm totally available for weekend walks! Since I'm used to balancing soccer and everyday life, I'm really good at managing my time—meaning you can always count on me to show up on time and be there exactly when your dog needs me. Since I exclusively offer care in your home, my main goal is to keep your dog's routine exactly how they are used to! When we're out on walks, my experience with my own reactive dog means I'm always paying attention to our surroundings, avoiding surprises, and keeping leash safety a priority so we can just have fun and get some good exercise. Inside, I'm super respectful of your space and will follow all your feeding, training, and house rules to the letter. I just want you to have total peace of mind that your home is secure and your dog is safe, happy, and chilling out.
“Best dog walker/sitter out there. Daphne goes above and beyond when taking care of my pup. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of pet care services!”

“Alex is a very responsible and pet loving person. He took very good care of my dog Adele when my husband and I were away, he even went further to help water my plants in which I appreciate so much. He always made Adele ate her food before he leaves, and he also tried to avoid other dogs while walking Adele since Adele is not friendly with other dogs. Alex was very meticulous, he will stand by water for Adele while walking her in a hot day and he will try walking Adele under the shade too . I feel so relieved to have Alex taking care of Adele while my husband and I are away for a week. I have no hesitation to recommend Alex to everybody here even my neighbors 😊Thank you Alex! 🐕🐕🐕🐕💕💕💕”

“I'm so glad I found Nouf! She was punctual for every walk and kept me in the loop with photo updates. My dog was thrilled to see her again during her second visit. I’ll definitely be booking with Nouf again whenever the need arises.”

“Becky does an amazing job with caring and walking my dog. She took time to learn his daily walk routine and how to best handle him. She’s very personable and kind and I would recommend her to anyone!”

About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I was little. Starting with my first dog King, and my childhood dog Dodger. My boyfriend and his family also rely on me to take care of their Husky when they are at work and out of town. I have experience, walking, feeding, and giving baths to different size dogs. I truly enjoy what I do and love all animals. I am currently a college student, and when classes start most of mine will be online. I am available starting at 9 AM Monday through Friday. I have experience crating dogs if needed as well as having them out in the house. I make sure they get all of their energy out and take them out just in case they need to use the restroom before I put them in the crate. I’ll give them plenty of attention and play time. I can stick to whatever walk schedule you prefer!

About: I have had dogs my entire life and love all animals. I work at a local dog boarding and doggy daycare facility so I have lots of experience with all sizes, ages and breeds of dogs. I will love your dog like they are my own and give them all the pets and playtime they need! I currently work part time so I have plenty of time to drop in and care for your dog(s) or take them for a walk. I’m local to the South Riding/Stone Ridge area. I will always make sure to treat your home with respect and care while dropping in with your dogs or taking them for their daily sniff around the neighborhood! I’m great at following instructions so I can care for your dogs the way you want them cared for.
About: Dogs have been a part of my life for years, and I’ve spent extensive time caring for our family’s Jack Russell Terrier, helping with everything from daily walks and playtime to feeding, supervision, and maintaining routines. Through that experience, I’ve learned that every dog has a unique personality, energy level, and set of needs. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and creating an environment where they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. Whether it’s an energetic dog who loves long walks and playtime or a senior dog who prefers a calmer pace, I adapt my care to fit each pet’s individual routine and temperament. I live in a spacious home in South Riding with plenty of room for dogs to relax, play, and receive individualized attention. The layout of the home also allows dogs to be comfortably separated when needed, helping ensure a safe and stress-free experience for everyone. My goal is simple: to treat every dog as if they were my own and provide owners with complete peace of mind through attentive care, clear communication, and regular photo updates throughout their stay. Because I spend much of my time at home, pets receive frequent companionship, supervision, and attention throughout the day rather than being left alone for long periods. Pet care is a central part of my daily routine, allowing me to provide a high level of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. Because I spend most of my time at home, pets are rarely left alone and receive frequent potty breaks, walks, play sessions, and plenty of one-on-one attention. I maintain a flexible schedule and can accommodate a variety of feeding routines, exercise needs, medication schedules, and special requests. I keep my Rover calendar updated and pride myself on quick communication, reliability, and regular updates so owners always know how their pet is doing. Safety, comfort, and personalized care are my top priorities. I live in a spacious 4,000+ square foot single-family home in South Riding with multiple living areas, a large finished basement, deck, patio, and plenty of room for dogs to relax and feel at home. The layout of the house allows me to comfortably separate dogs when needed, making it a great fit for pets who prefer their own space or require individualized care. I also have experience caring for our family’s Jack Russell Terrier and understand that every dog has a unique personality, routine, and comfort level. Whether your dog enjoys social interaction or prefers a quieter environment, I can accommodate their needs. Dogs are always supervised during outdoor time and are never left unattended outside. I carefully follow each pet’s feeding schedule, exercise routine, medication requirements, and sleeping preferences to help them feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. In addition to supervised time at home, I have access to beautiful neighborhood walking paths and nearby parks throughout South Riding, providing dogs with safe exercise, mental stimulation, and outdoor enrichment. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat their home and pets with the same respect and attention I would my own. Owners can expect regular photo and video updates throughout every stay for complete peace of mind.

“Mark goes above and beyond to make sure my dog is taken care of while I am at work! I use him at least 3 times a week. He is dependable and I know he loves my dog as if he were his own.”
Schneider Crossroads dog parents share their Rover experiences
Shelby has been a great dog walker for our two dogs. She walked our dogs while we were traveling and took them for long walks, gave them each specific medications, and alerted us when there was weather that could stress the dogs. She went above and beyond multiple times including to give them Benadryl before storms to help ease anxiety based on our instructions. She’s always responsive and communicative. We appreciate her taking such good care of our dogs!

My dog loved having Fiona over to take him on his walks! She truly cares about animals and is such a great caretaker. I also liked how responsive she was from booking and through each walk to let me know how my furry family member was doing. I would pick her again for my future dog care needs!

Kim is wonderful! She is so kind and loving with my dogs, and they adore her as well. She has been walking and having playtime with them for the past few years. We recently got a puppy and she’s amazing with her too. Kim stays at our home with them when we were either gone for many hours or on a trip. My family trusts her with our fur babies and our home completely. She is trustworthy and responsible. She has given my dogs meds - orally, eye drops and ear drops. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her as a dog walker and pet sitter.

My two dogs had a great time with Bobbi over the holiday break. She has really great attention to detail and is a wonderful communicator so I had everything I needed to know about my pets while I was away. She also has professional experience working with dogs so for anyone looking for a pet sitter, I would recommend Bobbi!

My dogs loved having Courtney take them on walks while I was away. Of all the Rover sitters I have had, she is the most professional I’ve worked with. She was able to give me detailed updates when one of my dogs suddenly didn’t feel well and monitored him. If you’re looking for caring and trustworthy, Courtney is it!

Tamara is absolutely incredible. We have been though a couple of walkers (they’ve been great too) however, Tamara is amazing. She goes above and beyond. She spends time working with my pup, communicates and gives helpful suggestions on how to get my pup to lower his anxiety. If I could give her 6 stars, I WOULD! Highly recommend!

I appreciate Eden‘s adaptability and care for our dogs. We had a glitch with our digital keypad that prevented her from getting into the house on time. She went above and beyond trying to reach me. Unfortunately, I was somewhere without a signal. Nevertheless, when we did connect, Eden came through, taking care of our dogs like a hero.
