When I care for pets in a client’s home, I treat it with the same respect and care I would my own. I follow all provided instructions closely, from feeding schedules and potty breaks to any special routines or quirks a pet may have. I keep things tidy, make sure your pet feels calm and safe, and stick to their usual routine as much as possible so they feel at ease while you’re away. I love spending quality time with the pets I care for, whether it’s going on walks, playing their favorite games, or just relaxing together. I also make it a point to send updates and photos so you always know how things are going. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible for both you and your pet!

Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I genuinely love spending time with animals. I keep a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide consistent care throughout the day- whether that’s potty breaks, walks, meals, or just some cuddle time. I make it a priority to stick to each pet’s routine as closely as possible, and I’m comfortable adjusting my day to meet their needs. Whether it’s early morning feedings, evening walks, or giving medication on time, I’m reliable and organized. Taking care of pets brings me joy, and I always make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away.

- Before caring for any pet, I like to know a few key things to make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. This includes: • Their daily routine (feeding times, walks, potty breaks) • Any medical needs (allergies, medications, past injuries) • Behavioral quirks (fears, triggers, resource guarding, anxiety) • How they are around other dogs, people, or kids • Their energy level and favorite ways to play or relax • Any commands or training cues they know I also like to know if there are any house rules (no furniture? crate trained?) or tips that help them feel at ease like favorite toys, treats, or calming routines. The more I know, the better I can care for them just like you would!
