Doggy Day Care in Dulles

About: I have always grown up with a dog in my home and dog sat for many friends and neighbors. Over the years, I’ve handled everything from quick neighborhood walks to 3-week dog stays, for families on vacation. Since I work from home, your dog with get attention and affection all day. I am also fairly active and would love to care for active dogs that need playtime and long walks. I’m totally comfortable with the 'serious' side of pet care; I’ve fed, bathed, and groomed plenty of dogs, and I’m experienced with administering medications or following specific vet instructions. I’d love to keep your best friend happy, and well-cared for while you’re out! I work from home and love the company of dogs! I love cuddling them and giving attention while I work. I am also an early riser so your dog will be fed and walked atleast twice a day. I am active in the evenings and would love to take active dogs for long walks or playtime. I am also experienced with social dogs and would love to take them to the dog park. Safety is my top priority because I know how much trust it takes to leave your best friend with someone new. Before any stay, we'll do a Meet & Greet to ensure everyone is comfortable. Our home is fully pet-proofed, and because we work from home, your dog is under our direct supervision all day. On walks, we stick to familiar trails and always stay on-leash for security. Having cared for sick and older dogs, I’m very comfortable following strict medical schedules and vet instructions. I also keep your vet’s info and an emergency contact on hand just in case. You’ll get plenty of photo updates so you can see exactly how much fun (and napping) is happening!

About: I have had dogs for most of my life. I currently have a 4 year old golden doodle who I got as a puppy and is a very important part of my family. I work from home most of the time, so I get to spend a lot of time with my dog -- playing and going for walks. I am very attentive to my dog. While my yard is not fenced in, safety is a top priority. My dog doesn't leave the house without bring on a leash. I also make certain he is safe on our walks when we're around cars.

“It has been a pleasure dealing with Renata from the start. I was visiting Reston VA for a few days and needed a day of daycare for my dog Nicolo. Renata and I had an intro call a few weeks in advance and then a meet and greet. Renata was calm and organized and responded to all my questions/texts. Everything went smoothly. Normally Nicolo panics when I leave him somewhere and paces and whines. He was very calm at Renatas and I got pictures and updates throughout the day. When I went to pick him up he didn’t race out to see me like he does at the vet or groomer. I appreciated the rundown of walks, naps and poops I received as well.
