About: I have always grown up with a dog in my home and dog sat for many friends and neighbors. Over the years, I’ve handled everything from quick neighborhood walks to 3-week dog stays, for families on vacation. Since I work from home, your dog with get attention and affection all day. I am also fairly active and would love to care for active dogs that need playtime and long walks. I’m totally comfortable with the 'serious' side of pet care; I’ve fed, bathed, and groomed plenty of dogs, and I’m experienced with administering medications or following specific vet instructions. I’d love to keep your best friend happy, and well-cared for while you’re out! I work from home and love the company of dogs! I love cuddling them and giving attention while I work. I am also an early riser so your dog will be fed and walked atleast twice a day. I am active in the evenings and would love to take active dogs for long walks or playtime. I am also experienced with social dogs and would love to take them to the dog park. Safety is my top priority because I know how much trust it takes to leave your best friend with someone new. Before any stay, we'll do a Meet & Greet to ensure everyone is comfortable. Our home is fully pet-proofed, and because we work from home, your dog is under our direct supervision all day. On walks, we stick to familiar trails and always stay on-leash for security. Having cared for sick and older dogs, I’m very comfortable following strict medical schedules and vet instructions. I also keep your vet’s info and an emergency contact on hand just in case. You’ll get plenty of photo updates so you can see exactly how much fun (and napping) is happening!

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since I was a young child. My Bruno (12 lb Biewer Terrier) and my regular daycare friends will keep your pup company - as well as my two attentive and careful children (12 & 9). We will love your pet as if he/she is our own! As a teenager, I raised cockatiels and I volunteered for the Museum of Life and Sciences in Durham, NC taking care of exotic animals of all types and sizes. Now that we have a yard, I've been living my dream of having my own dog (5+ years). It turns out I am great with dogs! • I limit boarding to smaller dog breeds with the rare exception for daycare when I know the family and larger dog plays well. • I work from home, so I will be with them all day. • I have a large fenced-in backyard, where they can get their zoomies out, and go for potty breaks as needed. I go outside a lot, which brings them outside more too (they like to be wherever I am!) • If your dog likes car rides, let me know, he/she can come along for short errands and pickups to and from school. • I can watch other kinds of pets, as long as you can easily transport them to me: Birds, bunnies, etc. using my “cat” rate on Rover. Request a cat boarding and let me know about your pet. • I do not watch cats. We have allergies to them To get started, we will have a meet & greet over video or in person, and book from there. Looking forward to meeting you! I work from home regular 9-5 hours. I take frequent breaks before, during, and after work to feed, potty and exercise our fur buddies. I'm here to let them in and out of our large backyard for frequent breaks and play time. I have a large fenced backyard, with pickets to keep smaller breeds safe. I'm constantly checking that the gates are closed. They can sleep anywhere in our house, and most are comfortable doing so without a crate. When the weather is nice, I'll work on our deck to give them more outside time (because let's face it... these velcro sweeties want to be wherever I am!)

I respect the guidelines given to me by the pet owners and let them in whatever spaces in my house that they are permitted to enter in their own home. I typically don’t have an issue with well-trained dogs being on furniture or beds. I usually take the pets I’m boarding out frequently (every 3-4 hours) and for the hours that I’m gone (10am-2pm) my husband works from home and can play with and take the pets out.

About: Pet sitting/walking is the best occupation, and I enjoy it on a daily basis. I am available to hang out and care for animals 24/7, which makes it perfect for pups or cats that need that extra attention. Rover is my full time job and I absolutely love what I do. I prefer to give dogs their needed exercise or leave them alone if they are feeling lazy. In either case they are always under supervision. Cats are also my specialty as I have been caring for cats my whole life. As a mature pet sitter, I believe it provides a certain level of trust for my clients, they rest assured their loved ones are taken care of by someone who understands. Cheers! :) I am available 24/7 to care for your furry children. I am available any time throughout days and evenings. We are very flexible with scheduling, don’t hesitate to ask for schedule modifications. We do not have fenced in yard but have trails and woods right nearby. W&OD trail is walking distance from my house. We walk daily for at least 3-5 miles, if the pup is excited to do so. We can crate or not. We allow the pups on furniture and treat them like family members.
