Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. Since I’m in school and only working part time, I have plenty of flexibility and free time to dedicate to walks, playtime, and consistent care. I enjoy using that time to be active and spend it with pets, so it’s a perfect fit for me.

It’s important for me to know a pet’s daily routine, feeding schedule, potty habits, energy level, and any medical needs ahead of time. I also like to know their temperament, likes and dislikes, and how they behave around other pets or new people so I can provide the best care possible.
A typical day
I enjoy keeping pets both active and happy through fun but safe activities. This includes walks around the neighborhood, outdoor playtime, interactive toys, basic games like fetch or tug, and mental stimulation such as puzzle toys or simple training reinforcement. For calmer pets, I make sure they get plenty of cuddles, gentle play, and quiet companionship. I always adjust activities based on the pet’s age, personality, and energy level to make sure they’re having fun without being overwhelmed.
