There, I cared for boarded dogs individually and by surveying doggie day camps (groups of 10-15 dogs). I also cared for cats staying at Petsmart. Morning, afternoon, and evening availability during the week. Full availability on weekends. However, willing to adapt and provide the best care possible for your pets. I live with three well-behaved cats that are well-fed and well played with. When dogsitting for others, I follow the owners guidelines and have experience in walking, fenced yard time, and crating.

About: Hi everyone! My name is Courtney. I grew here in NOVA and have always been around and loved dogs. I have extensive experience within pet care since I was very young, including having family pets, dog sitting through middle and high school, volunteering for a few animal rescue organizations, fostering many dogs and puppies, working as a doggy daycare attendant and as a dog bather at a pet resort, etc. I actually used to have a rover account a few years ago but somehow lost it (most likely due to inactivity for a couple years) so I’m really glad to be back !!! I currently work part time Monday and Thursday mornings and Wednesday evenings. My other days are typically pretty flexible so I have plenty of time to keep your babies company! I have a fenced yard and a senior dog at home. When I’m staying at someone else’s house I am always respectful of you and your pets space.

She gave them their daily medicines with food, worked with my automatic litter boxes, and most importantly played and loved on them so much! She was very very communicative and responsive and also sent me so many cute pictures! I always miss my cats so much when I’m gone so this helped me a lot! I also frequently asked how things were going and Allison was very responsive which helped reassure me! She also left my home neat and tidy how it was left for her which was nice to come home to! I would give Amelia 10 stars if I could. She was so helpful and communicative and her diligence allowed me and my family to completely relax on vacation knowiing our pets and home were in great hands. I could tell when I met her that she is very tuned in to the pets and their nature. She easily bonded with my dog and evey my persnickety kitty was receptive to her. She understoond and responded to both of their unique natures and met them where they are. One note on my dog....he is a 15 yo Cavachon and he has a limp and can only walk short distancs. Amelia was so gentle and understanding making sure he got his outdoor time and walking him in the "stroller" when necessary. She had to give him medication and help him with the stairs and totally read his capabilities so she could help him get the most out of every day. She kept me well informed and took plenty of pics so I could connect with my furbabies from far away. Aside from amazing pet care, she went way above and beyond making my home so clean and beautiful when I returned. She even cleaned out my refrigerator for me which was so kind. I wholeheartedly endorse her and will look forward to having her back next time we travel!

Had a great experience with Sierra for my very needy and loving dog: Maybelline. This was my first time using Rover as I needed a last minute, overnight dog sitter on a holiday weekend and Sierra pulled through. During the time I was gone, she took Maybelline on many walks, cuddled with her, sent lots of updates with photos, videos and information about how she was doing.
