Hi there !I especially love cats and am an active foster pawrent for 2 local shelters. I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities and needs. Before moving to DMV, I’ve lived with a cat for 7 years and a dog for over 5 years, so daily care, routines, and understanding their needs comes naturally to me. I treat every animal like my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. 🐾

Lin took great care of Bean. She is thorough in her communication to enusure she is taking the best care of your pet. She sent pictures, videos and was responsive to questions. Bean generally hides when someone comes into the house, however she quickly acclimated to Lin and was social showing a high level of trust. I would recommend Lin!
Lin and her husband were so kind and welcoming to my cat Chaz, they provided him a separate room to get used to his new setting, as well as allowing him to roam around, and socialize. They also kept me updated and sent many pictures of him doing fine, which put me at ease on my trip.
Lin was great with our senior cat. Daily updates and pics. Even a brief video of chase the laser pointer. Lin was not just a sitter. She engaged with Princess Abigail. Highly recommend!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend her enough. She took amazing care of my cat, Biscuit, boarding him in her home while I was away. From the very beginning, she was attentive and genuinely caring. She kept me updated throughout my entire trip with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. She was always thoughtful, let me know how Biscuit was doing, and reached out anytime she had a question or concern. It was clear she truly cared about his well-being and comfort. I really appreciated her communication and how responsible and loving she was with him. I would absolutely trust her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable and caring to look after their pet.

Schedule
I work a regular 8–5 schedule, but I’m very available in the early mornings and evenings. I especially love spending time with cats before bedtime to help them play, unwind, and get their energy out. I’m also not planning any travel in the next three months, so my availability is steady and reliable.

In Your Home: I’m happy to come to your home and follow your instructions closely. I make sure to keep your cat’s routine consistent—feeding, litter box care, playtime, and any special requests you have. I respect your space and your cat’s comfort, and I always aim to keep things calm, clean, and stress-free. In My Home: My husband is also a cat person! Only us live in the house, and it’s a quiet, safe, and cat-friendly environment. We have a big cat tree facing the window that they can enjoy people/squirrels watching. We will give enough attention to your cat, ensuring the a happy boarding experience.
A typical day
I love giving cats plenty of fun and engaging playtime. Depending on their personality, I’ll play with feather toys, wand toys, laser pointers, or gentle chase games to help them get their energy out. If they prefer calmer activities, I’m happy to offer cozy cuddle time, quiet companionship, or brushing. I always follow each cat’s comfort level and make sure playtime is safe, positive, and enjoyable for them.
