With Serena, my timid rescue dog came out of his shell, using a dog door for the first time in his life and cautiously becoming part of the pack -- to the point that by the last day, he had way more confidence than when he first arrived! He came home slightly muddy (which I consider a good sign of lots of fun times had) and exhausted from all that playing. Definitely recommend Serena and we already have plans to use her again!”

I can't say enough great things about Debra! As a first-time Rover customer, I was a little nervous about leaving my two pups, but she quickly eased all my concerns. From the very beginning, she was friendly, welcoming, and clearly loves animals. During the meet-and-greet, she treated my dogs like family! Veronica was great with our dog. It was most important to us that she only took a single client at a time. She has two small dogs as well who get along very well with other dogs, including ours. She was very responsive and engaged and sent us daily updates and pictures, which was reassuring to us while we were on vacation.
