What I appreciated most was her daily updates — she kept me informed about how they were settling in, how they were adjusting to a new environment, and how they were getting along with her own fur girls. The photos she sent were such a comfort while I was away. Her communication was also excellent. When a potential marking issue came up, she handled it thoughtfully and professionally — she was open to using diapers instead of crating, which I really appreciated her flexibility on. The one area I’d note is that she seemed to have a busy work schedule, as we all do… When I returned, Huku’s (senior) diaper was full, suggesting he had not been out for a while that day— something to keep in mind if regular outdoor breaks are important for your pups. But overall, Michelle is super caring and communicative sitter who genuinely looks after your dogs. I would certainly ask her again!”

My youngest can be a handful at times, but Mary is extremely patient, caring, and truly just loves dogs. I received a message from Mary on the second visit that my dog threw up and was not feeling good. She asks me if she can boil chicken breast and rice for him to have something easier on the stomach. This just made me feel good about leaving them in her care and that she had his best interest. She truly wants the best for them. I’m home throughout the day and evening, allowing me to provide consistent care, scheduled feedings, regular potty breaks, and plenty of attention. About: I have cared for all different breeds and sizes of dogs over the years. I grew up with large and small dogs and have pet sit for coworkers with large dogs, cats, bunnies, etc. I recently lost my soul dog to hemangiosarcoma and want to make a difference for other dogs and provide the care they need. I just do not have it in my heart to remove her from my profile just yet. My girl had special needs such as leash/barrier reactivity, aggression, and a bite history prior to adopting her. I am comfortable working with dogs with those needs as well. She had taken several medications over the years and I am comfortable giving pet meds. I have experience with puppies/kittens to senior and disabled dogs/cats as well as providing medication. I have recently owned at one time 4 dogs and a cat all rescues or strays. I currently have my a 16 yr old Shih Tzu, blind/deaf and has seizures, a 2 yr old GSD/Husky and 13 yr old cat. I have availability to do drop in visits/walks in the evenings Tuesday-Fridays after 7 and all day Sat through Mondays. Can do one time visits or reoccurring visits. I currently work a remote position with lots of flexibility Wednesday to Friday all day availability. Saturday to Tuesday availability before 8 am and after 7 pm for drop in visits and walk for dogs. I can drop in for cats and other animals for feeding, litter box or cage cleaning and playing. I can also provide boarding services in my home and can provide potty breaks and playtime throughout the day. If your pet stays with me I have a large end unit TH with a fenced back yard and option to avoid stairs if needed for seniors!

The photos she sent were such a comfort while I was away. Her communication was also excellent. When a potential marking issue came up, she handled it thoughtfully and professionally — she was open to using diapers instead of crating, which I really appreciated her flexibility on. The one area I’d note is that she seemed to have a busy work schedule, as we all do… When I returned, Huku’s (senior) diaper was full, suggesting he had not been out for a while that day— something to keep in mind if regular outdoor breaks are important for your pups. But overall, Michelle is super caring and communicative sitter who genuinely looks after your dogs. I would certainly ask her again!”

About: Experienced dog sitter who raised and trained five puppies, provides senior and special-needs care including insulin administration, with therapy dog training and genuine love for dogs. I’m home throughout the day and evening, allowing me to provide consistent care, scheduled feedings, regular potty breaks, and plenty of attention. Dogs are let outside in my fenced backyard every 1–2 hours. Pets in my care have a safe, comfortable, and supervised environment with a designated indoor dog area, toys, dog beds, and crates if needed. About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. I enjoy taking care of animals, spending time with them. I’m willing to work with your puppies or senior dogs providing good care. I do work part-time and would love to spend my free time taking care of your babies whether that’s walking them, playing with them or simply giving them attention.
